Excellent dinner celebration for our son’s 23rd birthday. Our server Emily was extremely proactive accommodating our food allergy and dietary requests (including vegan!) The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing.

I have to say my dining was lackluster out of all the Ruth Chris locations. Spinach was not hot, NY Sirloin was fatty, and coffee/ Cappuccino were served late due to not enough clean cups in the house... the server took a while to refresh our water glasses. Sorry, other locations stand out, but not Atlanta!

This was my sister’s birthday dinner and her 1st time at Ruth’s Chris. Our server, Michael (Mike) went absolutely above and beyond to make our experience one of a kind. He was very kind, friendly & even went out of his way to sing “happy birthday” to my sister with her dessert. He truly made this experience wonderful! We were greeted and seated right away, the food was incredible & we absolutely will be back.

Service was poor. Had to ask for bread 3 times. Fork cleared with first course and main course delivered and had to wait for 10 Minutes to get fork with food sitting in front of me. Wrong sides delivered. Food was good but the service made for a poor experience.

Unfortunately not the best experience especially for the money. The ladies room was a total mess and there was only one stall with toilet paper. The food took forever, well over an hour. Every steak was overcooked. I had several bites that were bitter due to being downright burnt. The asparagus were undercooked and almost raw. We were starving after waiting so long, so we ate everything as we feared of how long it would take otherwise. The crème brûlée and chocolate cake were good. Overall not worth the money spent.

Went there for a birthday celebration. We were seated in a fairly timely manner. The website mentioned a business casual dress code and no hats at the table. Those were not followed by the majority of the patrons. The two rounds of drinks and the appetizer came out within a reasonable time and were splendid. We ordered our main dish a few minutes prior to receiving our appetizer. OVER 40 minutes went by and an hour and a half minutes into our reservation and still no entree. At this point we were upset as people that were seated in front of us about a half hour after us received their meals. It was brought to the attention of our server and she apologized and spoke to the kitchen and her manager. We thanked her as there was no fault of her own that we could tell and decided to pay for our stuff that we had received. The manager came over and showed us what our bill would have been and said they would give the meal for free. The birthday boy declined as we had waited long enough and still had not received the food. We then were charged for some of our stuff and we left. First and Last experience. We made these reservations and were looking forward to this and we’re very much disappointed. Maybe it was just the location, we don’t know. It was not super busy either. It may have not been a race thing, but it is suspicious when we were just about the only white couple in the place and the only ones to not receive our order in a timely manner. There was one other couple that we could see but it appeared they had been there much longer than us as they were eating upon arrival. We aren’t picky but super unfortunate! We were actually shocked to be charged at all given eventually a free meal was offered but declined. They saved money and food in the long run. The kitchen should be more organized and provide food to those that ordered first rather than those that sat for half if not less than the time we did patiently waiting. We tried to give the benefit of doubt. Not again!

The food was great and even though I said to add shrimp to our entree they didn’t hear me but they immediately got it out to us and tried to apologize but I told them it was probably my fault cause I am sometimes soft spoken.

I ate here 2 nights ago, was served by Eric. He did an amazing job. Courteous, prompt, check on me throughout. Food was well prepared, lobster tender, steak delicious. I decided to return for a second meal. Granted, it was busier tonight but, the service was much less attentive. I ordered the shrimp appetizer, the shrimp were overcooked and dry, and I returned the appetizer. The barbecue shrimp, which I have eaten many times before had very small and strong tasting shrimp. State quality wasn’t as nice. Server was less attentive. Overall, it was a disappointing and very different night.

The service was very slow and our server was inattentive. Water glasses remained empty for most of the dinner and we had to ask for a refill and then waited for it to be filled. All four in my party ordered filets cooked medium. Only one was medium. One was medium well, one rare, two medium rare. One steak was very small and not at all the same size as the others. That steak had a lot of gristle and was difficult to eat. We were not asked about our food until the meal was over and we needed our check to make it to the Fox. The server did not care that our food quality was poor. We usually love Ruth’s Chris and it’s our go-to restaurant for special occasions but this experience was terrible and we paid a lot of money for that meal! We won’t go back to the Centennial Park location.

Honestly, the best experience I have had in many years. Food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Very enjoyable experience.

Our party of 7 had a wonderful dinner and excellent table service from Emily. Definitely worth trying if you are a steak person. It is on the higher cost per item, however all 7 in our party LOVED the flavors!

Ariyaun had the best suggestions and she was great!!! Loved it Lobster was a little overcooked but I enjoyed myself!!! Service was great and the Hennessy side car and the raspberry casamigos lemon drop were delicious!!!

Great food and service. No issues. Ruth's Chris is very busy, and very loud, with loud music on top. There is no outside entrance to the restaurant, only through the Hilton hotel entrance which keeps its doors locked and you need a key card to enter. Since we were staying at the Marriott we could not get in. We waived to staff inside but no luck. Finally my 70 year old wife jumped the metal fence on Ruth's Chris's patio and had to the go to the hotel entrance to let me in. An interesting evening to say the least. By the way we were no the only party having issues getting into the restaurant.

Service was not very good. Appetizers did not come out together and we had to ask where the second appetizer was and if it was still coming. Waitress did not check in after food was delivered and we had to wait too long for the bill.

Had to ask for a drink a couple times and didn’t end up receiving one dish. It was very busy (trade show in town), so this was understandable and likely doesn’t reflect normal service. Food was great, no complaints about that.

Thumbs down for the ceiling leak in the waiting area. As we waited for our party to arrive we had water drops falling on us. Thumbs down for the slow service and non attentive waiter. Thumbs up for the food.

Food was great...service was spotty, even though restaurant was NOT busy at all. Placed full order immediately (heading to concert across the street)...didn't receive cocktails for AT LEAST 10-15 minutes, even with restaurant generally EMPTY. One of side dishes was not available/prepared...server had NO idea until order was brought to table. Still left decent tip since server was nice/helpful...but disappeared for a lot of the meal.
