Michael our server was great! we were the last table so typically poor service & food. That was not the case. Food was delicious- ribeye & stuffed chicken. Service on point.

My wife and I went for our 7 year anniversary. Everything was top notch! Our waiter Michael Hambrick provided the best service we have had in years. He was very professional and attentive to our needs. He also gave us great conversation. This was our first time at this location but we will definately be back. Awesome experience all around!

The food was excellent. Wasn’t heavy but very filling at the same time. The ny strip was cooked perfectly & the chicken was tender. The mash potatoes and cheese and bacon are too sweet but it was good and the broccoli needs salt and butter overall very good dining experience

This was a very nice location. Valet is reasonably priced so don't waste time looking for a parking space. We loved everything about this location.

This particular location felt more like we were eating at an Applebees or a Chili's instead of a Ruths Chris. Our Anniversary was never acknowledged and our pre-dining seating resquest was ignored (in a fairly empty restaurant). The decor could use some modernizing, the booths are tight and too close together, and I guess the dress code is a thing of the past. The food is decent but the food quality is not what it was when compared to Ruth's Chris of just a few years ago. The server was unengaging and not well trained. A sign of the times I guess. The Manager did a very quick walk by and asked how we were doing but even that felt like she was just checking off a to-do list before going home. Overall this was a Fair dining experience. Nothing memorable and no longer a destination restaurant for Special occasions.

A-1 experience! The restaurant’s staff, our waiter Michael and food was outstanding! From the start we were greeted and congratulated on our anniversary. Our table was decorated to signify our celebration. Our waiter Michael introduced himself and the highlights of the restaurant to us. If professional curtesy was a person, it would be Michael! Very knowledgeable about the foods on the menu and the process of our food upon being delivered. We ordered the lamb chops, lobster mac and cheese, and asparagus. The absolute best dinner we’ve had to bless our anniversary! Michael and the restaurant even treated us to a beautiful anniversary dessert with champagne. Ruth’s, the chefs, receptionist and Michael really made our night the best!

Went for my birthday and I had 3 extra people then I initially reserved but they fully accommodated me and we had a wonder experience. Michael is and will always be my waiter. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable

This was my second time attending this particular location and I must say the the food and service was amazing. I attended these specific restaurants because of the rules put in place, to name one the dress code. I noticed that more than half of the restaurants were in sneakers, hoodies, tee shirts and blue jeans but there is clearly a sign at the receptionist desk that says proper attire. During dining there was also a baby crying which was very uncomfortable. Spending hundreds of dollars on fine dining the last thing I want to hear is a baby crying a few feet away. Ruth’s Chris has amazing food and wonderful service but we’ll probably attend the Kennesaw location.

Service was excellent. Atmosphere with sleeping server at the entry table was not up to the restaurant level. Steak requested to be medium and made to almost well done. Lioness potatoes cooked in deep fryer and not on skillet.

I wanted to share my experience at Ruth Chris-Buckhead on Sunday 2/18. My husband and I had reservations at 5pm. When we arrived, the young lady was extremely nice in greeting us. Once we got to our table, someone immediately brought us water. Our waiter, Mike Hambrick came and described everything to us about Ruth Chris. He was very attentive, making sure our beverages were never low, making sure our steak was cooked to perfection, and making sure we were happy customers. This really made our dinner extra special and we will definitely return! Thank you Mike!

My husband and I shared a post Valentine’s Day lunch and it was fantastic. Rose was our server and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a great meal with no issues. The filet was on point! Juicy and tender. We ordered the mushrooms, and sweet potato casserole to go with our filets. They didn’t disappoint. Ruth’s Chris has the best sides at a steakhouse. This was a beautiful experience. We’ll definitely be going back.

The atmosphere was nice and not loud,the food.... First of all, the lobster mac and cheese was the worst lobster mac and cheese that I've ever eaten. I asked the server if I can get my dessert to go. Apple crumb tart w/vanilla ice cream. This man put the cold ice cream and the hot tart in the same box! Before I could even pay,it looked like milk

Definitely have Paul at the bar make your drinks. Both times we’ve gone we had Conrad as our server and he’s great. Had a real good time there.

The line for valet was backed up onto Peachtree and moved extremely slowly. Once seated, I was confronted by the hostess that if the rest of my party was not there they would not be able to hold my table. This was stated one minute after my reservation time. I told her that the valet is backed up onto Peachtree and that they would be coming in once they were able to get through the valet line. The server was slow in taking our drink orders and the food did take a while to come out. She was pleasant however.
