    Our waitress, Melissa, truly ruined this experience. Being used to the original Ruth Chris, we knew the food would be great - why not eat well in Boston. I am not used to eating at an establishment like Ruth Chris where our drinks run empty for extended times, the waitress never appears (an no it was not busy), and, worst of all, when we had finished, she quickly appeared before we were really done and began clearing the table - continuously reaching over us while we were trying to let out good digest. While we may have ordered dessert, it was out of the question with her presence. I even commented on the clearing of the table and reaching over. She came back proceeding to “crumb” the table while leaning in between two guests and obnoxiously scraping the table . We immediately left at that point. I would usually say definitely eat at Ruth Chris. Not this time.

    The service and food were excellent, as well as the drinks. We were celebrating our anniversary and they put confetti on our table. Nice extra touch. Our waitress had a few tables, but she was very attentive.

    The food was good , the servers were polite but very very slow , they didn’t clean the starter plates when serving the main and overall an underwhelming experience, I have no problems paying for a good meal but you also have to provide a good service to warrant the price you charge , would I recommend, no

    I heard very good things about this restaurant. It was very disappointed when I arrived and the table was dirty and the glasses were also dirty. Overall, food was pretty average for price point. Would suggest just trying out if you’ve never been, but would never suggest trying it again.

    This is one of my favorite places to go for steak. Not only the quality of food has never disappointed me but also the ambient and service has always been superb. Additionally, I’m happy that they don’t have music blasting which makes it good for the conversation with the person at my table an enjoyable one. Besides Melissa, our waitress did an excellent job with allowing my long time friend and I have space to chat and catch up.
