My husband and I visited for our 4th wedding anniversary. The experience was incredible. From the moment we walked in the door, everything was perfect. They thought of every detail. From rose petals and a card on the table, to the impeccable service. The fine dining experience is taken to the next level. Romantic evenings are spot on here. When, at the end of the night, we weren’t able to eat dessert due to being so full, they sent us a dessert home as a gift and brought a single red rose on a plate that said “Happy 4th Anniversary!” I highly suggest reservations, but even if you don’t, they will still meet your expectations and exceed them!

Give Ruth Chris another try. We have not been to this location in over two years. It was an elevated experience compared to all the other times we been at to any Ruth Chris. The portions were larger, the food was prepared and presented beautifully, and the service was outstanding. My husband had the three course dinner of Caesar Salad, Halibut, and Chocolate Sin Dessert. Every course looked and tasted outstanding. I had the Harvest Salad and the Portobello main course that came with mashed potatoes, tomatoes, asparagus, and broccoli. It was great to finally get a nutritious and satisfying vegetarian option. The service was the best we have ever acknowledged. The whole team worked together to make certain each table was attended to properly. We will definitely be returning soon.

Ruth’s Chris is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. The food is always consistently incredible and the service is top notch. Must try the creme brûlée! Best in town!

I would normally give Ruth’s Chris a high rating but this last weekend was disappointing. While the server was extremely nice the service wasn’t great. My husband was served the wrong steak and the server forgot to bring things a number of times. Nothing was awful but when you’re paying a premium price for food it should be much better than it was

Food and service were excellent. Unfortunately the tables were smushed next to each other and a rowdy eight top tried their best to ruin our experience with their loud cursing and inappropriate conversation. It turned a nice date night into a frustrating experience.

Staff went the extra mile in setting up a special occasion table for us. They even quickly moved our special set up to a table in the lounge area at our request. Thom, our server was very attentive, pleasant and sensitive to our schedule. Overall, great experience!

Great food. Love to come, but pretty expensive - $200 for two people with one drink each and shared sides. But they made up for it by giving us a free dessert for our anniversary

Went there with my husband, had a wonderful experience! Had a glass of SYRAH, my husband had a zero alcoholic beer, we both had Cesar salad, PETITE FILET with Béarnaise Sauce, I ordered MASHED POTATOES and my husband POTATOES AU GRATIN, and our Server was very attentive, friendly and polite, we felt very welcomed and besides that he complemented us with dessert 🤗 the food was delicious 😋

Ordered the owners favorite 19oz strip steak and it was so tough to cut and could not chew this cheap cut of meat. Managed about six bites of a 19 oz steak. Will never go to this place again it was a complete waste if $65 for a very tough and cheap steak

Ruth Chris presented an excellent dinner for my friends first night out in four months. They made her feel very special. This was her first time at Ruth Chris and her and her Husband cannot wait to go back. The Sea Bass and Filets were wonderful. Done to perfection. The deserts were fantastic. A great evening was had by all.

We usually have stellar service here but unfortunately last night fell short for our anniversary. The food was great but we seemed to be forgotten about quite a bit throughout our evening. At one point we realized the tables around us had been seated, served, and paid before we could even order parts of our meal. We hope this was just a weird night but we definitely didn't leave feeling the way we usually do.

We love dining at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Boise. The staff is always polite. Service is excellent. This is our favorite place for a fillet. The wedge salad is another favorite.

Our table was ready the moment we arrived. It was my birthday so they had a little card on the table saying happy birthday. Service for water, flat or bubbling was immediate as was the tastiest sourdough bread and whipped butter. Oh and the mock raspberry and rosemary martini was amazing. Our waiter Chad had the perfect combination of knowledge of all the dishes and humor. Stuffy waiters are a pet peeve. Being able to laugh with staff always takes it up a notch. Being my birthday, we ordered a lot and what we didn’t eat, they bagged up, at the table as we finished that course. Crab cake, delicious and fresh and large! Wedge salad was amazing but they could probably back off a little with the dressing and chunks of blue cheese. But no complaints! My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly, seared, pink inside and same with my daughter petite filet. Can’t go wrong with creamed spinach side and au gratin potatoes. Shoe string fries were amazing. We loved the entire evening. No complaints. Amazing staff you have there. People should definitely leave nice tips for these kids. They work hard and you can tell were raised right! Bravo and thank you for the happy birthday peanut butter pie dish. Thank you! Sia and Anna.

Celebrating our anniversary at Ruth's Chris Steak House could not have been better. The server made it special and treated us awesome. The food was amazing, and we thought the night was perfect.

Overall, we had a great experience at the Ruth’s Chris restaurant in Boise. The food was well prepared, hot and delicious. Bella was a fantastic server and really took care of us.

Ordered the Filet “Medium plus.” Served Med rare and sent back. Wine not poured a single time. Besides these two issues, it was still an amazing dinner! The steak after it was returned was perfect, the service was amazing with that single issue. When you’re spending north of $300 for dinner for two service is important. All and all a nice experience.
