Service was very slow and food came out cold. The manager did remove the entrées from the bill, but still it was Mother’s Day and they ruined the experience and the day.

Mother’s Day is expected to be busy, however we have dined at their restaurants on Mother’s Day a few times in the past without issue. Not only did the food take over a hour to receive, but no one kept water in our glasses which is a staple of this chain (servers who float specifically to help out). Our waiter continuously floated around sticking his finger in his ear (that drives me batty, thank god there is a separate staff who delivers the food). I will praise the floor manager who I inquired about our food, and addressed the delay right away. We arrived at 5:00 and finished at 7:45 having to skip dessert because of the delays. It burned me to leave over a 20% tip on a $300 bill.

1:50 minutes waiting for our food. Waiter had to apologize three times for the delay. Then I had to remind him to remove my reservation amount from my total bill because I had a $20 credit per person allowance toward my food. I probably should not have given him a 20% tip. He should have known to apply the credit without me showing it to him.

Took my mom there for Mothers Day. The calamari was very good. My husband absolutely I split the Bone in filet, which was just ok. Mom ordered the petite filet and that was awesome. Service was just so so.

We had been given a gift card and we knew the price would be higher than our usual restaurant out. A2 Ruth’s Chris was fabulous! No disappointment except our table placement was a busy place with many going by; they need more booths and/or more “cozy” spots. The food overwhelmed us with deliciousness, and we will make this our special go-to place. YUM!! Plus, our waiter really sensed the perfect service to provide us. Thank you!
