Sadly, 4 of the 5 steak ordered were either under or over cooked. Service was great but food took way too long to come out. Not sure what the issue was but it was disappointing.

Honestly the food wasn’t as good as in the past. Party of 6 two steaks were over cooked and redone. The 2nd ribeye was very fatty and disappointing. Based on this experience not sure I will go back. A very expensive dinner that just wasn’t like our previous experiences

We were very disappointed in the food. The crab cakes had no flavor, the lobster mac and cheese had no flavor and it was watery and the potatoes didn’t taste fully cooked. The only good thing about the meal was the bread and the stuffed chicken. Our waiter was also very nice and was great!

I ordered petite filets with shrimp and ordered it medium. When I received it, it was red, hardly cooked. They took it back, brought out two 2 oz pieces and then they were over cooked. I had them anyways because I hate to complain The brussel sprouts we ordered for our table were not cooked properly either, still hard. We had been there once before and that's why I went back, but never again. The shrimp was delicious, as well as the chocolate cake. For the amount that they charge, everything should be perfect. 😩

We paid steak house price for Oliver Garden/ Lazy Dog/ Wood Ranch quality of food, and service that’s even worst than all three of them. Our waitresses never refill our water nor wine, only got us bread after requesting twice, the dessert we got was for an anniversary instead of a birthday. Thus, they don’t seem care at all. We will NOT go back for sure , there are plenty of fine dining and steak house out there that offer food that’s worth the price.

We were satisfied. Steaks we oredered werw huge but it’s yummy. Nick our server is awesome. Ambience is elegant. But parking is only Valet 😔

Every time we go to celebrate any anniversary we have it’s such a blessing to celebrate with a great staffing that is available for your customers! We love this opportunity to express our gratitude for all that you do for your customers. Our sever Ruben was awesome and even Alfonso your Manager was a gentle soul and very nice individual. Kiddos to all your staff even your valet individuals hustles to get our vehicle for us and the ladies up front to greet us and the the gentleman refilling our water glasses!!! Love you all.

Service was outstanding and food was absolutely delicious. We had the 11oz filet, garlic mashed potatoes and mushrooms with crème brûlée to wrap things up.

Eric was a fantastic server- very attentive, knowledgeable and so kind. His assistant, Kevin always made sure our drinks were filled, our bread was replenished and dirty plates were taken away right away. Eric recommended a few things which turned out to be fantastic. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and everyone that came by to check on us made sure to wish us happy anniversary. It was a wonderful evening.

Some people think, because something is expensive, it must be good. In the case of Ruth’s Chris steakhouse Anaheim nothing could be farther from the truth. You’re better off going to outback, the steak will be better and the atmosphere will be better and quieter. My wife and I went to Ruth’s Chris Anaheim on our 19th wedding anniversary the other day. We had heard good things and decided to try something new (Morten’s being the norm). The fillet was the toughest cut I think I have ever had, the gimmick of being served on a 500° plate takes your medium rare steak to medium well while you’re trying to cut it with your elongated butter knife. The lobster bisque my wife had had chunks of flour from the roux and tasted oily. Potatoes au gratin were definitely not worth eating. Last and probably least, the asparagus with “hollandaise” sauce was very disappointing. The asparagus still had the inedible stalk on the bottom, and the “hollandaise” sauce was not a sauce. It was more like a cold dipping cup of mayonnaise on the plate. The wait staff was friendly and tried to be as attentive as possible, but they were obviously understaffed. The pacing of the dinner was terrible, One of the kitchen staff had to bring our appetizer after my wife had already gotten her lobster bisque. If you like your steak house noisy, with an in-enforced dress code and the ambience of red Robin, then this is the steakhouse for you

The ribeye came well when she ordered medium rare (more on the rare) side. We've been to Ruth Chris in Pasadena and LBC and by far these locations were better than Anaheim. The most disappointing thing now is they don't do the personalized menu for birthdays. Instead, they scatter birthday decals and glitter on the table. What??? Food was mediocre at Anaheim location. Never going back to Anaheim Ruth Chris.

The steak was perfectly seasoned and prepared, and so tender I could cut it with a fork. The seabass and salmon entrees were also excellent. Our waiter, Manny, was very welcoming and attentive. My only two complaints were with the cocktails. In my opinion, neither a Manhattan or Old-Fashioned should be served on the rocks. Also, the Manhattan was made with Southern Comfort, which is a poor substitute for a good vermouth. Nitpicks aside, it was a great meal. We will definitely be back.

A marvelous dinner. Greeted warmly and seated promptly. Our waiter was perfect, met us with a a smile, shared a good personality and his timing of our drinks, salads and meals was spot on. Decanted our wine and followed up to ensure we had everything that we wanted. Two managers came by to say hello and see that we were well taken care of. A wonderful meal. Steaks were out of this world as always. Returning in a week for Mother’s Day!

Every year I choose to celebrate my birthday at Ruth's Chris. It never disappoints. Food is wonderful and service is always above everywhere else I have ever been. While we enjoy all the servers Teri is our favorite.

Jordyn was phenomenal. She is very attentive to everyone's needs. She is an excellent listener and makes everyone feel special. The food was excellent-one of the best meals at a wine tasting event. Noise level was high, but a wonderful evening overall. This event should be held on two nights. It sells out so fast, several people are left out. Missing an opportunity to include more people from the community.
