Cancelation Policy. Due to the intimate nature and craft preparation of our menu, Rusty’s Bistro at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort requires a credit card to secure any reservation of 10 or more guests. Reservations canceled within (3) days of the original date are subject to a $25.00 per person cancelation fee. The same cancelation fee will be applied to No Show reservations and reservations that experience a reduction in guest count by 50% or more within (3) days of the reservation date.Reservations of 10 or more guests are not guaranteed unless a credit card has been submitted.

The seafood pasta was truly great dish to get - the most perfectly cooked scallops I have had in a long time. The gentleman waiting on us was superior - and it started as the experience with the hostess - she was absolutely a dream and pleasure to work with - next time in town, I will be back!

I did not get to go to this restaurant because they called me and told me they were not serving Mother’s Day brunch and the brunch they were serving ended at 11:30, so they asked if I wanted to cancel. I canceled and was very upset because they called me ON MOTHER’S DAY!!! How ridiculous is that! I called back to complain and could not get a manager, but I eventually got a Sous Chef and he said they should not have called because they would have served us. Said that he would see what he could to do make my experience better but never called back. Lousiest customer care and service I have ever had!!!

Stay away from Italian selections, not very good. The Filet was absolutely amazing and the sauce was delicious! That's why an average rating.

Food was over the top fabulous. Not what I expected from a resort hotel. All our entrees were superb and great service.

Our dining experience was great at Rusty’s. From meeting Geraldine at the hostess desk, to our professional server, Walter, everything was excellent! Jason, the manager stopped by, and we were treated to the best limoncello cake ever! You won’t be disappointed!

The food was decent but overpriced for what it was. I got the calamari and the salad. My husband got the tortellini-7 tortellini. Very small portion. The atmosphere is as nice and pleasant service.

As always Rusty’s offers a 5 star dining experience in every possible way! From their staff, to their dining room and of course the original, creative cuisine. Guests staying at the hotel wish they had a restaurant like this back home!!!
