Chris was our server was nice and was clear as day was being overworked because he had about 5 tables to tend to himself. The place was not busy at all yet he was managing two tables inside and three tables in the outside area. I noticed another server literally only had one table which was outside. Everyone outside was complaining because there was no music being played where inside the music was on and the few guests that were inside were vibing. My party which consisted of 5 people, all ordered the unlimited drink special and unfortunately truly did not partake fully in the experience due to Chris being so busy making sure everyone was taken care of while also trying to get everyone’s food. I ordered the French toast my favorite and it was served with no toppings or syrup and my niece ordered the Salmon burger which was sooooo dry that could not eat it. I have been to this establishment and always rave about the food and service while also seeing when the restaurant is busy. This was not the case. There truly was no reason why this server had 5 tables scattered all over the the place not being able to properly serve his customers. One table was even given a dirty glass that had lip stick on the rim! Everyone outside ended up asking to be placed inside so we could hear the music which was not offered when the guests inside left and no one was coming in. Please do not tarnish such a great place that I have grown to really like. Please if the owner sees this, get the speakers fixed outside immediately. It’s spring and summer around the corner and people want to vibe . Also, make sure your weekends are fully staffed so people are not struggling to keep up with customers and customers are not struggling to get their meal and drinks orders.

Brunch was amazing! We were seated without our entire party being present, that was a plus for me. The host, as well as our server, were awesome and very attentive! Another plus! Now for the food...everything we had was delicious...fried devil eggs, shrimp tostones, banana fosters French toast (did NOT need syrup, I might add) my bacon was fried to perfection and my eggs cooked just the way I like! The other girls loved their steak and eggs, as well as the chicken and waffles. We also had numerous carafes of bellinis and mimosas. The last time I was here was about 10 years ago, and I was so sorry I waited so long to return! Needless to say, we will definitely be back in the very near future! 5 stars for me!!

Food and service were fantastic (Nate and Chris). We had the spinach dip, kale salad and salmon - all fantastic and piping hot. Drinks were great also. Amazing ambience and vibe. 10/10.

A peach tree grows in Brooklyn! Sit on the back patio under the leafy splendor of a huge peach tree and thriving grape vines. Happy hour is a steal. Great entrees. So reasonable (in Brooklyn!). Order one of every dessert even if you don't have a sweet tooth.

We brunched at Rustik on a SUN afternoon & took advantage of the all-you-can drink mimosas, bellinis & bloody marys. They have a 2.5 hr limit on their tables which was fine w/ our group being that they were fast & efficient in taking the orders & kept our glasses filled. We ordered: shrimp & grits--creamy w/ a cajun seasoning; steak & eggs which came w/ a salad & potatoes--steaks were ordered medium but came back well done (yet very filling); & chicken & waffle--1/2 chicken (filling as well). If you come on SUN, the bar is filled with patrons watching football which lends to the noise level especially if a favorite team is playing. They also have patio dining that we initially reserved until it started raining & we were accommodated indoors
