Ruscello is always a pleasant experience. Their menu contains an interesting variety of choices, and the food and service are consistently very good.

I arrived about 20 minutes early so I didn't get the table I was hoping to get (I had requested it) but I did get another nice booth and it was fine.

This restaurant never fails to provide a great dining experience. Atmosphere is peaceful, servers are attentive and knowledgeable, food always delicious.

The service and food were great. Interesting choices on the menu. It was a quiet evening and very pleasant to linger a little longer over dinner.

My wife and I are regulars. We love the food, ease and ambiance of this restaurant, despite it being a part of Nordstroms department store. But the restaurant suffered from COVID and has still has not recovered. The main symptom is service. Despite offering competitive wages and benefits, staff turnover has been high except for a few veterans. The service experience is a gamble if you’re not served by said veterans. Service is slow and inattentive. Service is lacking. Normal offerings aren’t offered - e.g., regular bread service at the beginning of the meal. And normal courtesies aren’t extended - e.g., serving the salad before serving the main entree, if both are ordered - both are served at the same time - like a fast food operation. Apparently the new staff isn’t trained appropriately for this particular restaurant environment. So while we still love the food, we’re now going to request seating with only the veteran serving staff. Otherwise dining here turns into an ordeal.
