My wife and I had a very nice dinner at Rugby Grill. It was our first time there and it was very nice and our server was great! We were able to talk to each other and hear our conversation because it wasn't noisy. We will be going back again!

Our server Naomi was outstanding! She was friendly and helpful. We stayed for a long time and she was so accommodating. She brought out a special dessert to celebrate our friends’ birthday. I had the burrata salad and it was fresh and tasty. We ordered the edamame hummus and it comes with grilled bread and that was delicious! We had the hamburger as well. The wine list is great. Overall great service and really good food. The place looks a little tired, like worn out booths and old decor. But if you can get passed that it’s a nice, quiet lunch spot.

The food was excellent, but not great. The service was attentive, friendly, and quick. The room is very attractive, but the crowd noise was more than we would have liked in a sophisticated place. On the whole, it was a good experience, and we would go back. But we can dream that it could have been greater.

The food was great; however,, they need to bring back the plain chicken breast for those of us that do not care for sauces. Alex the waiter is outstanding. The decor could use a brighter upgrade. It has been the same for many years

I often have business meetings (lunch and breakfast) over many years but this time it was very disappointing I didn’t see the usual Maitre D who knows me well, and I asked the hostess to seat us in a corner table in the restaurant since we needed a quiet spot Unfortunately she said they didn’t have anything and she sat us on the outside part right next to a large birthday party ! No common sense whatsoever. Needless to say it was difficult for everyone to hear and very distracting as this table was rather boisterous And the food and service was not as good as it usually is. Maybe there are new employees but I will now book business meetings elsewhere

In town for a couple of days and this was a great dining experience once we were seated. Not much of a welcome, but the meal and service made up for it.

I highly recommend. Pricey, but well worth it. The food is nothing short of divine and the cocktails are quality and well-crafted. We had the day's non-menu house specials; Beef Wellington and Lobster Wellington and both were prepared to perfection. The ambience is nice however it's on the ground floor of a hotel. This would not be a problem but my party was seated next to three French doors that lead to the main lobby of the hotel. Each were blocked by a large plant with the doors ajar around the plants . The plants did not deter people from entering and exiting the door I was seated next to which was a little unnerving as they walked by the table and behind me. All-in-all, the discomfort was minimal and did not ruin the experience.

This is my second time at the Rugby Grille and they never fail to impress. The first time I had their classic fried chicken and it was so delectable, but this time I went and they didn’t have it. I was disheartened, but Jessica reassured me their chicken piccata is a favorite. I decided on the chicken Caesar salad and it was very delicious and my mother decided on the chicken piccata and let me tell you…Jessica was absolutely right, I tried it and it impressed me so much. Rugby Grille does not fail of providing an experience.

Waitress was professional, top notch, and was able to speak of the specific region in Spain which our wine can from. Wife and I tried the brussel sprouts , pasta bolognese, and short ribs all which were excellent.

Had rack of lamb with sour cream mash potatoes. Terrible presentation. Multiple waiters , slow service. For the price, go elsewhere. Super disappointing.

Awesome food ambiance service. we had the rainbow salad with salmon and the wedge salad with steak. Coffee was wonderful. Service was spectacular ambience fabulous.
