We always like the food at Ruby's however, this time the table was sticky which we found pretty gross. The waitress said they cannot clean it and the stickiness continues to stay. I don't think that is acceptable for a restaurant where cleanliness is an expected part of continuing to patronize a restaurant. If the table couldn't be cleaned or the stickiness taken away, they should get a new table.

We love Ruby’s. Probably dine there most weeks. They have a great kitchen and nice wines, fairly priced. This time I tried their the new menu’s Chicken Scarpariello. It was a fantastic, deconstructed version that I’m dreaming of having again. Highly recommend the restaurant and the Scarp, in particular. Buon Appetito!

We sat upstairs. Totally ignored. My dish came ice cold. Reheated and served after everyone else finished. No one apologized. Drinks ordered never came. Had to get our own silverware from cart.

Great Food, Atmosphere and Staff. We had Joe as our waiter and he was great. What makes this place is the staff and consistency. Look forward to going back.

My feelings about this place are that it is fair at best. The food was, at best, average. For example, I had fried oysters, a favorite. Their version was tasteless and required seasoning. Plus, it is very expensive: entrees are easily $32 and up. No plans to return

Visited Ruby’s many times. Remains a popular spot with laid back Rye atmosphere but the food has gone downhill. Noticed last visit but another lousy meal prompted this review-disinterested waiter, Cobb salad, chicken panini, ahi tartare, beet salad all were mediocre. Fried oysters are good.
