Always a great meal at Ruby’s! Went for my birthday yesterday and had a lovely experience and meal! Can’t wait to come back

Took my son out for a special day/ Father’s Day/ the chicken was sooo dry it was unchewable! He was pulling hard pieces out of his mouth/ Embarrassing for mom who hoped he would enjoy his meal

We enjoyed the lobster wontons. I loved my wedge salad. I also have to mention, my Moscow mule was perfect. All in all a great dining experience.

Experience was pretty bad. There was no silverware on the table. No water refills. We were on the upper floor and the noise was deafening in the small room. We had to walk down to hand in our check after waiting 10 minutes. . While we waited the waiters were disassembling tables and rolling them past us. The Nutella dessert had no Nutella. The beef salads was drenched on dressing. Avocado in tuna tartare was black. I would save your money and eat elsewhere. Definitely not worth it. Stinks as it was a Father’s Day weekend mean.

The service was extremely slow, took over an hour to get anything to eat and when we got our food it was just mediocre.

The noise was deafening. They were playing some Boombooom “music” that made conversation impossible. I would think twice before going back!

Every oyster was full of shell shards, every single one. Drinks were empty before an appetizer order was even taken, very poor service. The restaurant was not that busy. Lobster wontons were okay, but the sauce tasted like cake frosting. 3 shrimp for $18? My husband and I were really looking forward to old school Ruby’s and this was a waste of time and precious money.

Food was great. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We sat in back and noise was at an acceptable level and were able to talk.

We ate on the back p patio and that was very nice. Service was a bit chaotic, because it seemed like 4 different servers were helping us. When we arrived, the music was quite loud, making it difficult to talk, but it was turned down enough when requested. The food was--as always--very good, and we were able to linger without feeling rushed. Ruby's remains for us a go-to place to meet friends close to home.

Always a reliable place for lunch. The tuna blt is good value and delicious. Fries are crisp and tasty. Unobtrusive and professional service.
