The restaurant was very busy with at least 3 large parties happening. But it didn’t effect the service or food quality at all. Our server was amazing our meals were wonderful and the manager stoped by our table twice to make sure everything was alright.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was our worst dining experience ever. Food was horrible. Our server didn’t know the menu. The restaurant was dirty. The price was ridiculous. Can’t tell you to choose elsewhere strongly enough.

Expected it would be busy since it was Mother's Day, dining room was quite noisy, it took almost 15 minutes just to get water and order a beverage, did not realize the menu was very limited (regular menu was not available) and quite expensive since it included appetizer, entree and dessert. Our server was apologetic and very kind to substitute potatoes for rice, etc. , and his service was excellent! That being said, everyone was happy with their food. Would I recommend Roy's to a friend... yes, but not on a holiday.

Sadly, the restaurant has really gone downhill. Carpet in dining area is old and was dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and unkept. Service was okay but my steak was rare when I asked for medium-rare. It was purple raw! The same plate came back from the kitchen literally 20 minutes later with really no apology. Very disappointing. Also, there was a small bug on one of our desserts. We paid over $400. Used to paying this much but for good food, service and ambience. Needless to say, we will Not be back.

Kitchen was not prepped for the large Mother’s Day crowd. Entree took 45 minutes to come out. Serving staff worked hard to keep us entertained.

Mother’s Day lunch at 12:30. Seated at 12:50. Ordered at 1:05. Told us lunch will be seared in another 30~45 minutes at 2:15pm. Seriously!

We went on Mother’s Day, which was a mistake. Our reservations were at 12:15pm, we got seated by 12:30 and the server said the kitchen was backed up and wanted to be sure we placed our entire order upfront. Out appetizers didn’t come out until 1:45pm. By 2:30, we asked when our meal would come out and they said it would be another 45 minutes. At that point, we left and the manager told us we didn’t have to pay. The table next to us waited 3 hours for their main meal. While the food was tasty, this was a bad look on Mother’s Day. They need more kitchen staff. We left hungry and picked something up on the way home. Such a bummer.

Wonderful Mother's Day brunch for my family! The wait staff was tremendous. The only complaint was the pricing was a bit high, and we would have loved to have the option of 'bottomless mimosas'!

The staff was awesome and the food was great as I remember it being when I frequented the Scottsdale location pre pandemic. My family and I were visiting from AZ and I was delighted to learn that there was a Roy’s around the corner from our hotel at JW Marriott.

The food was excellent. We had the butterfish and mahi-mahi (fish of the day.) There is a nearby parking structure, but beware: The restaurant does not validate. It ended up costing us $4 for the extra 20 minutes over the free one hour parking.

If there are private parties, they get their food first. We waited well over an hour after ordering. The are too many other choices. Avoid this one.

I've been dining at Roy's since the mid-1990's, when Roy owned it. I've been to the Honolulu flagship (still owned by Roy). The quality has descended--my salmon dish arrived warm (not hot), despite being the first table seated for the night. Our server and his assistant were overzealous, trying to pull plates when we were not finished. Disappointing...

Great get away during a work conference. Easy walk from Anaheim Marriott and everything was deliciously served. A must stop for a great meal near Disney

Service was good but a little slow. Food was good yet overpriced, specially the appetizers and drinks. Atmosphere seemed basic but clean. I would not recommend this place based on the overall experience for the value.

The food was really good, had steak and lobster and both cooked perfectly. Hubby had mai mahi-mahi and it was cooked very well. The service was excellent from our waiter to the support staff!

We eat at Roy’s in Hawaii whenever we go, so was happy to find a Roy’s in Anaheim. But it was not the same! The menu reduced, and we had wanted to dine leisurely to enjoy meal. Waiter said we had to order all our food at one time, including dessert. Food was brought so quickly and although we ordered an appetizer and salad then main course, everything came immediately after and my main dish was cold! Waiter was snarky when we did not order dessert. He forgot to take discount from bill that our hotel gave us. We were in and out in 46 minutes. Just not what we expected at Roy’s

Getting Reservation is fast , staff are very friendly and excellent. Food was great and my friend who’s celebrating her birthday was so happy it was her first time dining at Roy’s. We had a great time!!

The sea bass was AMAZING! Talk about melt in your mouth fish. Literally the best tasting sea bass I’ve ever had. Our server was also great. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was the young Philipina girl. Her seared Ahi recommendation for my date was on point! We were both extremely satisfied with our meals and will definitely be back. Thank you Roy’s for making our night out a memorable one.

Horrendous experience. 5:30pm reservation. Sat around 6. Ordered right away. Got 1 appetizer out and 2 drinks in over an hour. Had to cancel the rest as we had to leave. They are unsure what they are doing.
