The food was delicious and gorgeous. But the service staff was moving fast, taking plates before bites were finished, hovering over our table and moving us along quickly. We were there for a celebration and we felt rushed. They felt manic and kinda rude. Even if they were trying to turn tables quickly to make more money….a little pause and inquiring if we wanted anything more… we would have spent a lot more time and money with them. They pushed us along in 54 min. In contrast we had amazing service next door at Blanco Colima where we ordered deserts and cocktails.

The hosts who greeted us at the door seemed quite overwhelmed when we arrived, so they were not the friendliest, but the rest of the staff were friendly and overall wonderful. The food was quite good, and the space is beautiful.

What a gorgeous restaurant with exceptional service and the bread service is extraordinary. The food was amazing. We really enjoyed our visit to Rosetta.

Great food and friendly attentive customer service, delicious, is she the best female chef in the world? Not so sure about that and maybe our expectations were too high, desserts were a bit disappointed

This is one of the greatest meals we had ever! From the sourdough rye, cocktails on the 2nd floor, the mango appetizer is incredible, gnocchi was very good, and the tagliatelle with sausage was Al dente. We got three of the desserts - all were great.

I thought the food was excellent but I feel that they need to work on their service. Our service wasn’t terrible but it was the worst that we had in Mexico City.

Good ambiance and service. The drinks were tasty, but small. This place is slightly costly for what it is. The food was good but not amazing. I think people are paying for the courtyard and ambiance of the place. The food was good, like I said. Interesting dishes. I wish they maybe had a little bit more to them or were slightly bigger. For example, the sea bass came literally on its own on a bed of arugula with olive oil. For the price, there should have been some other component to it. Overall, we enjoyed it, but probably wouldn't feel the need to return.

Beautiful restaurant with delicate Mexican flavors. A must-visit if you're in Roma Norte. I recommend going for dinner during the warmer months for comfort. Don't miss the delicious bread and consider picking up some souvenirs at their bakery.

La comida es muy buena. El servicio es malo. El personal no esta capacitado y se vende como un restaurante N veces galardonado. La carta de vino ofrece cosecha de ciertos años y llegan cosechas distintas a la mesa. El vino por copeo es malísimo No hay cervezas mas que la de su marca y es malísima. No hay variedad de tequilas en un restaurante que se jacta de recibir a muchos extranjeros que regularmente piden tequila como aperitivo. Creo que la señora Reigadas esta rebasada y no cuenta con un equipo profesional. Creo que es bueno desarrollar a la gente joven, pero sin prescindir del personal con experiencia que le permita formar cuadros. A ese restaurante asisto desde su apertura. Mis comentarios son de muy buena fe.

Pasta with chicken liver was delicious, pink mole with beets were ok. Best part of the experience was the bread itself which you can get from bakery shop associated with the restaurant.

I chose to visit Rosetta as it is on the 50 Worlds best restaurants list. But the experience was really disappointing. The food was good. Service was slow and not really interactive, more like robot style. My wife also wanted a dessert but nobody brought dessert menu or asked if we want one after cleaning the plates. It that was just a regular restaurant maybe it’s ok, but when you go for the best in the world, that’s highly disappointing..:(

The wine prices are insulting. They can take their mark up and shove it up their ___. Don’t buy wine here! Don’t feed the markup mania. Great food though. Food prices are a good value.

Excelente servicio y atención, excelente comida y porciones. Se queda un poco corto en la ambientación y detalles del entorno. Diseño de interiores demasiado básico, podría explotarse más el "diseño mexicano". Precios un tanto altos considerando relación servicio-costo.

Food was good, not great nor sublime which is what I expected for such a highly reviewed restaurant. The main clientele appeared to be more interested in adding to their u-tube or face book profile than in the food. Price were ridiculously high, surely a salad of fennel and orange should not cost MX280 nor should a 6cm piece of short rib with mole cost MX 690. Service great. Back home in Melb Aust, I could name at least 30 restaurant that service better, more complex food with equal service at more realistic pricing . I would suggest that you give Rosetta a miss Rodney

The cocktail bar is exquisite. I had an interesting old fashioned with a cacao bitters that was lovely. Short rib and tamal were wonderful; the quality of the tamal and the length of time in preparation of the short ribs were notable. The vegetable taco that was offered was surprisingly well balanced and tasty. Order the green pasta with seemingly larvae if you're daring; it was also very pleasant.

Rosetta was recommended to us by almost everyone we knew. There is so much exceptionally delicious food in CDMX, but I have to say this was a bit underwhelming. We did go for lunch, not dinner, and sat outside, which was nice but noisy. The service was excellent; I thought the menu was good but not great. I’m not sure we’ll go back, but it is a charming place.
