The beef and meats were quite excellent. The salad table was not refreshed the entire time we were there (bread was stale, no stroganoff). Drinks were slow in coming.

Bathrooms weren’t available. We were seated in the corner and felt like we weren’t getting great service

I had a reservation for 5:15. I understand that it was busy and everything cuz it was Mother's Day. That wasn't the problem. The problem was when everybody else was getting seated and we were still sitting there. When we got there they said they checked us in and on the app it said I was dining but half an hour later when my nephew went to check they said that they didn't show us. And he only went to check because everybody else was already see that that were behind us nd they were going to get a table for us right away so it only took about 5 minutes but the fact that they checked us in but didn't even have us on there was not great.

Service was great! Meats were cooked pretty tasty but salty. The salad bar was very under whelming and lacking in choices. There were probably half the items listed on their website. The worst part of the evening is we were charged an extra $20 per person because we were there the Saturday before Mother's Day!! No notice on their website! Nothing was mentioned when I called to confirm the reservation! No signage even at the restaurant! I almost think it was a table by table basis. We had a vegetarian with us who only planned to get the salad bar obviously, and they wanted him to pay the full $58.99 also! I was ready to walk at that point! The manager agreed to charge him the regular price at that point. I've been to numerous Brazilian restaurants and this was the absolute worst. One and done at this place.

Food was good but there was no notice that they raised the price for Mother’s Day weekend. We felt really disappointed with that since we were stuck there once we got there.

The hostess was very rude. The server came to the table a few times and didn’t bother to remove dirty plates so we had to remove them ourselves. Did not get a refill of our waters. We had long waits before anyone would come to the table with meat. We requested pineapple to come to the table a few times and got ignored. Very very disappointing experience.

The taste of the meat was very good. Even with reservation I still had to wait about 7 minutes. Most of the meat offerings were lower price cuts. The chicken was mostly fat. The sides offerings were extensive. Loved the pineapple slaw.

The fish with coconut was very bland and did not have much flavor. Would like to have seen a shrimp dish/kabob type offering, otherwise it was very good. The chicken parmesan was outstanding and everybody at our table loved the top sirloin. It was very good!
