Né d'un amour pour les vins et la nourriture traditionnelle, le Ristorante Saraceno propose une cuisine italienne de style napolitain. Il est devenu l'endroit par excellence pour savourer des mets raffinés dans l'historique North End de Boston. Après avoir parcouru les régions italiennes et goûté à différentes cuisines, les propriétaires ont décidé de rentrer à la maison et de rapporter le meilleur de Naples à Boston. Delighted. My husband is disabled and the last few times the staff has gone out of their way to accommodate us. Service and food could not be faulted. Highly recommend.

had the Spaghetti with vongole providing a generous portions of varied size clams with tremendous flavor. We sat downstairs in a quaint corner of the restaurant. Very special. Our server, from Istanbul, was very nice, responsive and offered interesting conversation.

Food disappointing. Was looking forward to homemade pasta experience but didn’t get it. chicken parm, spaghetti putenesta, lasagna just C+. Maybe ordered the wrong things.

Wait staff was wonderful. Food came out quickly however my lasagna was only like warm in the middle. The Amatriciana was good but we’ve had better. Ambiance was nice and comfortable. However the stairs to the upstairs are definitely widowmakers.

We had a good experience overall. We were able to reserve a table for a large party on a Saturday night in the middle of the evening, which is something hard to come by in the north end on any given weekend. Our server was extremely attentive and prompt with our requests. The red sauce was delicious and the food in general was very good…however the portions were a bit lacking. The chicken parmesan was very skimpy. One thin slice or essentially 1/2 butterflied chicken breast and a small amount of pasta seemed to be a bit of shortfall. One chicken breast pounded out into two cutlets would have been appropriate for the price. If you’re looking for a group friendly fun atmosphere on a weekend night.. this place is perfect. True old school neighborhood vibe that made me miss the good old days at the European.

Very slow service, but it was the evening before the marathon so I assume that is why. Overall we always love this place, but maybe increase the staff Sunday before patriots day!

Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food dishes were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. When we got our bill, it was hand written with each item and then a total, which seemed high. No breakdown how they got there, just the waiter saying ti was tax. The math did not add up, but I was not going to say anything for a few dollars. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed that the amount was higher than my receipt. Apparently they decided to add a surcharge for credit cards AFTER I left. Again only a few dollars, but this is not the way to do business. If you are going to charge a surcharge for credit cards, you should let people know ahead of time or when you get the final receipt.

This is our 3rd time here and they never disappoint. The food s d service were great as usual. This time we brought friends to enjoy dinner with. I got the eggplant parmigiana and my husband got the bolanese. Thank you again for a great night.

A North End tradition! We have been dining here for over 25 years and it stands the test of time. A trip to Boston is not complete without a trip to Ristorante Saraceno. Dinner here then next door to Cafe Vittoria for dessert.

Delicious food but the decoration was slightly tacky. We ate in the basement of the restaurant where it was extremely tight. Our table appeared to have been squeezed in last minute. Overall: food good, service pretty good, ambience/restaurant poor.

Had the pasta con vongole. Had an abundance of different size clams - 32 to be exact! Tremendous flavor and plenty of broth to dip your bread in . Their homemade tiramisu was excellent!

We stumbled upon this quaint cozy restaurant while walking around North End in Boston. It was a wonderful experience! The food was very yummy with each person in our party of 7 loving their meal choice! The prices were incredibly good and the service and atmosphere was perfecto! We were even serenaded by a lovely man with an accordion! We would definitely return.

Bad experience. The bread was cold, butter came in little packs which just screams cheap. We were seated in front of a wall so we just had a wall in our face the entire time. I asked for ravioli with Alfredo and they just gave me a bowl of melted butter. Finally, they really charged $27 for 6 pieces of okay ravioli. At least try to serve a filling dinner. Nothing about this restaurant was up to standards
