Ristorante Del Lago crafts fragrant wood fired pizzas, a selection of meats off the rotisserie, and pasta made fresh in-house daily. The atmosphere was fantastic. The food was good; but you need to improve your lasagna. A place this committed to Italian food can’t have “good not great” lasagne; make it more flavorful! The best part, easily, was the service. David *made our night*… attentive, kind, helpful… he provided all-around exceptional service.

Elana our service was outstanding. Very attentive and professional and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our wine selection and food. Front desk was very nice and was able to provide us with a wonderful window table to celebrate both my birthday and Mothers Day. Wow. Terrific evening.

Sommelier helpful selecting perfectly matched wine for dinner Noise level is loud with busy wait staff managing numerous tables and limited interaction unfortunately. Our reservation was for 6:30 and restaurant very busy. Food delicious, moderate portion sizes Recommend reserving for times after 7:30 for a more enjoyable, calmer experience after other diners have left

The service was really bad for such a restaurant and I do not get the positive ratings regarding the food. Probably too many Colorado Spring residents that never came out of the city.

Our favorite restaurant at the Broadmoor. We’ve been numerous times and are always pleased with the quality, service, ambience. Everything we ate was top notch. We were so happy to be seated near the window overlooking the lake. It was a perfect evening for us. Thank you!

We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday and couldn’t have had a better experience. The food and staff were on point. They made it such a wonderful experience and were so accommodating. Thank you!! We love the Broadmoor and everything about it.

Ristorante Del Lago is a wonderful dining experience at the Broadmoor! Food, drinks, service, ambiance are all perfected for your dining pleasure. You can't go wrong whether you sit in the restaurant or bar (we've done both several times). All of the food is so delicious, it is hard to choose! If you have some time, definitely consider the Taste of Del Lago.

My husband and I came to Ristorante Del Lago for our 15yr wedding anniversary. This restaurant was immaculate. Beautiful, very well up kept, clean. The staff was beyond kind, and the customer service was extraordinary. I have ZERO complaints about any of the staff. Our waitress, I wish I could remember her name, was very kind, lighthearted, and very informative on the entire experience, as this was our first time here. She even offered to check our coats for us, after the hosts forgot to offer. Our waitress was very attentive. But not overly attentive. Which was perfect for us. I ordered the lasagna, and I didn’t like it, and asked to trade it for the carbonara. No problems whatsoever, and the owner or manager came with my carbonara very shortly after, and apologized. Our desserts were on the house since we were celebrating our anniversary. The experience was amazing. My husband got the lobster pappardelle and that was the best dish we had the entire evening. Enough sauce, amazing flavors. The only thing was, the lobster seemed a little overcooked. But still delicious. All around a beautiful amazing experience with a window facing table to over look the Broadmoor lake/pond.

Wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant. Our server Steve (Esteban) helped us pick out our meals and gave us helpful advice on which wines to choose: Arneis and Nebbiolo. We would also recommend the Cacio de Pepe and the Swordfish.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here. We had a large party and the staff was very accommodating. We sampled a wide variety of menu options and all were excellent. We also enjoyed the cocktails. Highly recommend!

Celebrated my birthday and was visiting from Nebraska. I was not impressed with the service. I was hoping not to be seated in the corner with high traffic with staff. The staff that seated us wished me happy happy birthday, but the waitress was not aware. The food was decent, but nothing stood out to make me want to come back for that. The restaurant location was the main reason we went. My wife who actually went to Lake Como a couple months said this restaurant feels like the real thing, but smaller. She was also not impressed with the service for the amount of money we spent for our last night in Colorado.

We went to Rome earlier in the year and I have since been craving Carbonara. I mentally prepared myself that "it will be good - but not as good as the real deal in Rome...." Well I was wrong!! Wow - we were blown away and had to order a second helping. The sauce was creamy and flavorful. The noodles were homemade and delicious. One of the best meals we have had this year!! We will definitely be back!!

We have never been disappointed while enjoying an evening here. The noise level was a little loud as there were several prom groups enjoying themselves.

We had a staff team dinner for 6 here. It was lovely and we had an amazing server, Rachel, who was very attentive, friendly. The gluten free pasta ( one of the few items that they don't make in the kitchen) was outstanding and when we inquired about it, she brought the packaging over to our table so we could know more about it. The food was great but she really made our evening.

Del Lago is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. This time I tried a new item on their menu - spaghetti with clams (vongole). This is one of my favorite dishes which I order whenever I see it on a restaurant menu. It is meant to be presented as pasta in a clam broth topped with fresh clams in the shell. Here it was pasta in butter, topped with sliced onions and, literally, three little neck clams. No clam flavor at all. I would suggest the restaurant rethink this recipe as it is not befitting Del Lago. My wife had the ravioli with artichokes and buffalo ricotta which was very good.

The food was very good and served exceptionally fast - almost too fast. The noise level was much higher than I would have preferred, but we enjoyed the visit. I did think it was petty to charge us another $6 for a soft drink refill. C’mon Broadmoor, you’re better than that!

Borders on funny how out of whack this place is. We had dinner for my wife's birthday. When asked about allergies they really did not pay attention (my wife is a physician with a latex allergy that can cause anaphylaxis........not some preference thing). Anyway the biggest gripe is the food just is not good. We joked about going to Macaroni Grill to do a comparison as its likely better Italian. Cacio e pepe was bland, not creamy at all and pretty much no pepper to be found. Service was as though we had a cloaking device on, first dish took over an hour to come out. Couple next to us who were also celebrating a Birthday were having a similar experience and actually queried us as we were leaving about how long we waited for food. Basically feels like the restaurant just relies on conference folks held captive on the resort.

Took 40 minutes to get our salad, no explanation or apology. Main course took a long time also. Flavor of both of our meals was disappointing

Picture perfect ambiance. The dimly lit dining room overlooking the glass lake as it snowed was something you only read about in books. Paired with incredible cocktails and food that had us eating until we physically couldn’t take anymore. Our waiter Evan was fantastic with great recommendations. The Romana cocktail was a refreshing start to the meal, paired with the beet salad. The waygu crudo was nice quality, but unfortunately lacking anything worth a second bite, the same could be said for the Cacio Pepe pasta. Thankfully the Lobster pappardelle was worth every bite. The saffron butter was heavenly. The star of the show for us was the third course. The swordfish and the halibut (which was a special at the time) was perfection in every way. Sweet, savory, buttery, with a gorgeous sear. Highly recommend this restaurant!
