In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.

Our restaurant is ideally appointed for weddings and special occasions for up to 110 people. Let us create a spectacular and memorable meal to delight and impress your guests. Been coming here for 20 years and it’s never disappointed. Food in always incredible, wait staff are always on point and a great atmosphere. Under new local ownership and the original charm and quality is still very much alive and well

Lovely dinner, as always! The 3-course menu has the option of picking from 4 courses (if you prefer 2 appetizers and a main course or alternatively an appetizer, Amin, and dessert).

This was a lucky last min available sitting for two. It was the Spring 3 course special with many delicious options. Great value and the food was exceptional.

The spring menu is good!! I ordered the seafood trio but the pickled “seasoning” on the salmon brought out a fishy taste. It works well with the tuna and prawns- they were refreshing! Everyone else enjoyed the halibut, steak and veggie choices.

Rim Rock never disappoints!! We had another fabulous dinner last night with excellent cocktails created by Antony, superb dessert by Baba, and amazing service with Tim and the team. Kudos as always to the kitchen! We are so lucky to have this 5 star restaurant so close to home. Thanks Rim Rock Team for another outstanding experience!

Wonderful meal as always. She freshest seafood prepared with the finest ingredients. Wonderful service. The prixe fix meal is the best in town. Highly recommend.

Another outstanding meal at Rim Rock. Every plate is so well executed and the service team attentive and professional. Try the Duck - confit of leg with a duck breast that is perfectly cooked accompanied with a potato cake and seasonal vegetables. Can't wait to be back!

This place became one of our favorites during our BC trip. Cozy meets local, the staff is great, we always felt welcome and they did the best for us. The menu is harmonized and balanced also for children. Thanks again we are looking forward to see you again once we come back.

Another outstanding meal at Rim Rock! Every member of their team is on point and consistently over delivers! And did I mention their spring special - by far the best value in the valley. Try one of the sommelier's highlighted bottle specials. Great gems that are amazing! Can't say enough good things about our evening....can't wait to be back!

Our favourite restaurant in all of Whistler. It was our anniversary dinner out and it did not disappoint. It was the $69 Three Course Spring Special......WOW what a great meal. Started with sharing the Mussels which was good size for 2. Then had the Ceviche and the other the Scallops (3), both nicely prepared and tasty. The main course was 1) Rim Rock Trio with Prawns, Salmon and Tuna 2) Venison Medallions, the seafood dish had 3 large prawns, piece of Salmon and 2 pieces of seared Tuna...very tasty. The Venison came med/rare the melted in your mouth and was accompanied with spatzel, squash puree, carrot and broccolini. We finished by sharing the famous Sticky Toffee pudding and a single Cappachino. With a 9oz glass of red wine from Spain and an Apple Cider the bill was $200 (+ tip). Also the service was quick and staff friendly and attentive but not bothersome during the meal. Highly recommend as always.

Our dinner and experience was wonderful as usual we come to Whistler twice a year and always dine at the Rimrock. We had a new waitress this time and she was remarkable, suggesting the best things on the menu, the food was fabulous.

I was concerned to go due to the sale and thinking maybe things would have changed. What a pleasant surprise. We had a delicious dinner and excellent service. Halibut special was melt in your mouth. Love the classic old style atmosphere and happy it didn’t change. Please put the potato pancake w smoked salmon on the menu. Lovely evening. Was just as good as before or maybe even better!

Excellent food and wine. Some bc sparkling wines by the glass would be a nice addition. Service was quick and efficient but perhaps a little over attentive. Mushroom salad particularly recommended as was the Salmon with Lobster mash. Desserts good but salted caramel tart might have been better with ice cream rather than cream. Excellent value.

Quite simply my favourite Restaurant in the World. Fresh, delicious food. Exceptional service. Located in the best part of Whistler - it is an absolute privilege to go to Rimrock. Tip - leave room for dessert if you can as the sticky toffee pudding is to die for.
