本餐廳所有食材都是根據訂位人數採買準備，且食材多為日本空運進口；
為不造成浪費及損耗，訂位時需預付食材準備費用 —訂金：$NTD.2000 元/人。
＊訂金支援的信用卡付款方式包含：Visa／MasterCard／JCB

訂位至少七日前若需變更時段或取消，敬請來電通知，
七日前取消則不收取任何費用；
七日內和當天臨時取消者仍須支付食材準備費全額。

    每一貫握壽司都是野村師傅親自捏出， 坐在板前欣賞料理過程，就很享受。 帶路的潘姊是不折不扣的老饕， 她說野村師傅選魚、料理魚的品味特別好， 就算在日本也是一等一的超值壽司主廚， 魚肉的熟成、握壽司比例拿捏工夫一流， 與醋飯融合度極佳， 每一口都咀嚼起來都是極致。

    Had a great time over lunch at Nomura sushi.. Food and sake was great, staff and chef was interactive and polite throughout. Helped celebrate my wife birthday with a sashimi cake. Neat touch. Recommended

    野村さん的手藝很好，餐點都非常美味，最喜歡的是縞蝦。旁邊兩位師傅對於食材講解都很仔細，而且很有耐心，很開心在2023年末的最後一餐是在野村壽司結束，一定會再前往！

    跟台北很多米其林或非米其林壽司相比沒有8000元的價值，味道非常普通，沒有超過3道是令人入口覺得驚艷的，且煮物非常鹹，總之蠻失望的
