    這次門口的女服務人員比上次的女服務人員態度好太多了⋯⋯起碼有笑容，不會像上次一樣我排現場詢問一下我大約還要等多久的時間（當時時間超過70分鐘）女服務人員態度像欠他幾百萬一樣的愛裡不理的回應客人！

    食物份量非常足，食材新鮮，剝皮辣椒、麻油雞、燒酒雞湯底好喝 麻油麵線與滷肉飯好吃 招待的冬瓜茶很好喝，不過續杯的話就比較淡了

    聚餐好場所，餐點好吃，菜多也很好吃，真的物超所值。用餐氛圍不錯，服務親切，機器人的服務也零誤差，很讚！

    吃到目前差不多快十次了，這次來點了冷藏299的松阪豬肉，吃起來肉沒有以前那麼新鮮了，豬腥味非常重，還會來光顧，希望以後可以改善。

    輕井澤集團鍋店，在高雄叫拾七，就已經是我常去的愛店，環境、氛圍、食物、口味、CP值都很合我，這次來台中意外發現湯棧也是輕井澤集團的鍋店，入店整體跟拾七幾乎一樣，不過鍋類除了昆布、剝皮辣椒鍋之外其他品項都不一樣，今天吃的是麻油鍋，濃濃麻油香吃得很過癮，女友吃的是燒酒鍋，也是非常香，配麵線吃得很開心，肉品在這個價位也算很OK，海鮮盤換蛤蠣盤37顆吃超爽，唯一美中不足大概就是麻油鍋跟燒酒鍋吃到後面都會有點膩，可能要更冷的天或是久久吃一次

    用餐環境舒適，空間寬敞，人員服務好，菜單選項眾多，菜盤新鮮，湯頭也很棒，冷藏肉品也很美味。整體CP值很棒。已經再訪N次了。

    湯品蠻特別的，冷藏豬、牛肉都好吃，服務人員有耐心，介紹詳細，環境乾淨，吃很飽 剝皮辣椒好吃～不會太辣蠻香的

    It doesn't feel as good as Karuizawa's CP value. 感覺上沒輕井澤的CP值好

    挑高的天花板配上木質工業風的裝潢，再加上60、70年代的台語歌曲，真是滿滿的懷舊風。噢對了，現在送菜部分是由機器人送來的，很科技^_^ 端上桌的麻油湯底、剝皮辣椒湯底，真的很夠味的說。尤其鍋裡面都有至少有5大塊的雞肉，真的很有誠意啦！
