## 用餐規範

__1. 開放「2週」內訂位__
　請善用我們線上預約系統，每天 __00:00__ 開放新的一天預約
　如超過 __7__ 人用餐，請私訊小編
　**☀️注意☀️** 超過 5 人(含)，我們將收取 200元/人訂金
　特殊節日，如：中秋節、聖誕節、跨年、情人節等，不限人數，我們也會收取訂金喔！

__2. 保留與否__
☀️遲到不保留☀️
　會晚到者請事先電話告知，我們將會為您保留座位
　未按保留者，系統將會於用餐 1 小時前，自動取消訂位

__3. 用餐方式__
　用餐時間限制 90 分鐘，採單點或套餐形式點餐
__低消：6歲(含)以下不用低消，7至12歲低消200元，13歲(含)以上低消為550元/人__

__4. 生日活動__
　當月壽星我們將招待餐點，以現場提供為主?
　因店內冰箱空間有限，如有冰蛋糕需求，請於備註告知喔！

__5. 寵物友善__
　可以帶毛小孩進來，但請將毛小孩安置於提籃或是推車內喔～
　
__6. 多人用餐__
　用餐人數 __5__ 人以上，我們將收取 __200元/人__ 訂金。
　我們最大桌子是為 6 人桌，超過 6 人將會為您 __安排2桌__ 用餐
　請私訊小編或是來電訂位，我們將協助您安排座位
　預收訂金會在當天 __結帳退現金__。
　? 收取方式：ATM 匯款
　? 完成預約：於告知的時間內完成訂金匯款，並回傳回條至系統，才算成功
　? 取消預約：用餐「前3天」取消即可「全額退款」，「3天內取消者」已付訂金不退款喔

小菜好吃可以續，生菜也可以續，服務生代烤專業，自己和老公小孩們，可以輕鬆慢慢吃，讚！有機會會和家人再一起去吃。

肉是整塊上桌再切開始烤的，確保新鮮非組合肉，有人代烤肉,很方便！但缺點是所以他烤好ㄧ種就要趕快吃完，不然容易冷掉變硬，外套包包可以放椅子油桶中空的空間也不錯這次吃到後半人變少後明顯空調風正吹我們頭，不知道是不是沒烤肉後熱氣減少感覺變冷整體而言肉很多，生菜可以一直續，蒸蛋很好吃👍

訂位時已有勾選慶生選項表示有壽星用餐快結束時就詢問服務員是否有壽星優惠服務員才說會贈送煎餅或是蒸蛋但是廚房已經休息所以無法給我們餐點也沒有做其他補償

ㄈ服務人員很親切，食物也很好吃，又新鮮，生菜洗的很乾淨，五花肉烤的剛剛好不油膩，松阪豬小孩很愛，搭配生菜，大醬很好吃，大骨湯泡飯很讚👍

跟其他的評論一樣肉就是會一直烤不會管你吃不吃得完菜也會一直上但這個價位說實在的CP值算不錯了啦

我覺得煙囪掉下來其實應該蠻嚴重的，吃了那麽多次燒肉燒烤，第一次發生這種事，雖然我老公說沒關係，你們也道歉了，但沒有任何補償我覺得不ok，畢竟全家人都被嚇到了，以後應該是不會再去了

飲料種類或許可以增加一些品項，或是像韓國當地餐廳會在門口提供三合一咖啡給結完帳的客人享用，在冬天特別實用

今天是一位身患疾病的年長媽媽，食用的份量極少，點餐卻遇到僵固的規定，幾人用餐需要點足符合人數的套餐，也無法以單點補足，需要整桌改為單點，餐點皆為豬肉且無肉片，用餐上較容易膩與無變化，看了眾多google好評去用餐的，希望能再改善。

1.親子不友善，樓梯窄小 2.服務不友善，店員很制式化冷淡不太會介紹，點菜也一直聽錯 3.烤肉速度依照店員，不會詢問客人還有很多仍然繼續烤，吃到的時候都冷掉了 4.離開前因大雨在一樓等車等20分，以及最後離開在門口跌倒，完全沒有任何的關心或服務（自己的問題，只是順帶一提）
