3.線上訂位只開放1/2座位預約，餐位保留10分鐘，務必準時人數到齊報到，逾時或未到齊將自動取消餐位。

4.因用餐沒有時間限制，若報到當下無符合餐位出來，敬請耐心等候，有符合餐位將優先依序為訂位安排。

5.若有需要更改訂位的日期、時間或人數等資訊，請務必來電告知，避免到現場沒有合適的空位，影響您的用餐權益。

餐廳食物很讚，兩個人吃半分剛剛好，服務生的服務態度極佳，好到讓我感到害怕，很像阿罵一直在照顧你一樣，現場變臉及甩麵都效果很好，還做到美美的指甲，真的很叫人開心～只可惜冰淇淋機偏少，應該要有兩台以上

服務質素好，做到海底撈應該有的品牌水準火鍋食物和配料台的涼拌都好吃，也有變臉表演看假日人數多，建議先訂位

服務態度良好，環境衛生，燈光明亮，工作人員很辛苦，又是上菜，又是服務客人，還要表演科目三，會推薦身邊的好友，吃海底撈，選西門店。

來西門店兩次服務人員都非常積極認真，笑容可掬！給人非常舒服的用餐經驗！服務人員比其他家海底撈都還要更好太多！非常願意推薦此家餐廳。

我們等了指甲彩繪服務，我們是13號左右用餐。12:30進場用餐，等到兩點半之後才被告知才會師父去用餐兩個小時之後才回來要到四點。我們從國外回來帶著朋友和小孩就期盼可以在那邊用餐並且享受彩繪的服務。沒想到指甲彩繪師父用餐時間也要算在裡面。不推～

店員很貼心的服務，給予慶生的小禮物真的是非常驚喜，但冰淇淋可能因為是大家挖，把水都帶進冰去了，比較可惜
