This is my favorite omakase place! sushi and sashimi are super fresh and yummy for the value, the sushi chef is super friendly, service is fantastic. Definitely recommend this place.

十分推薦！我所選擇的是午餐Omakase 套餐，午餐的價格十分相宜，而且壽司師傅很好聊，講解又詳細，食材質素也很好，環境氣氛也很棒！

師傅很親切，時不時會與我們聊天，並留意上菜速度，餐點一如既往非常可口，每貫握壽司入口都是美味加驚喜，再加一大碗散壽司跟味增湯，真是大大滿足！

過往都是到麗水店用餐，第一次到金華店，食物表現一樣好，不過店內位置更寬敞明亮。師傅一樣都很和善風趣。

過去幾年在這間金華店已經吃了非常多次的無菜單料理（おまかせ），今晚的服務是最糟糕的，其實連一顆星都不想給！晚上七點半開始用餐後不久，旁邊一位大叔點了幾瓶酒，然後開始把酒遞給外場的服務人員及壽司師傅，接著就跟他們一直聊天而且講話越來越大聲。原本想說算了，可能喝了酒有點醉，但後來聲音大到我連坐隔壁的人說話聲音都聽不到，相信當晚在店裡服務的店員應該都知道那位客人影響了到別的客人，但他們不但沒有制止，反而更多人圍上前去，為的是能夠喝到大叔免費請的酒！我們最後忍無可忍，隨口問了櫃檯前的師傅，那位客人是付比較多錢嗎？為什麼我們大家得忍受他在店裡大吼大叫？ 沒想到一位名叫「鍾原」的師傅以不屑的態度看著我們說「肯定的啊！！」請問這是什麼邏輯？花錢就是老大，其他客人就必須忍氣吞聲嗎？！當天晚上我們四個人用餐的費用是一萬三千多，等於一個人的餐費約$3200 ，花這樣的價位還得受氣！莫名其妙！後來想想這些店員們之所以會護航那位大叔，是不是因為可以邊上班邊喝免費的酒？！總之這家店的服務根本稱不上壽司店，如果想要一個優雅安靜的用餐環境，奉勸請選別家吧！另外也不知什麼原因，當晚吃完游壽司回到家後約一個半小時，肚子超痛...服務跟食材都已經走樣的店，再也不回光顧了！

3000上下的套餐，吃多少，收多少。台灣和日本的魚貨，新鮮度很好，鯖魚的處理很到位，整體來說是可以一去再去的店。

Jeff Tsai, our fantastic. His knowledge of the seafood we were served was exceptional. We enjoyed our food and our conversations with him. You Sushi is still the best Sushi place in all of taipei, a haven for Hong Kong tourists.

位子太擠。師父上的菜每次好像都差不多，食材新鮮，但口味就很一般。沒有驚喜。下次我會自己先指定要吃什麼，以免吃飽了但沒吃到想吃的。

Been frequenting this restaurant for over a decade and it’s amazing every time. The ingredients are really fresh and well presented. Highly recommend the dinner (omakase) over the set menu at lunchtime.

每一貫壽司都有其特色，比起上一次（大概3年前）吃來的驚艷，推薦大家可以來享用看看～晚餐的價位高一些，但個人覺得蠻值得的！
