This is my second visit after about one year. Did not disappoint though many of the dishes served were unchanged. They were skillfully prepared and brought out the flavours of each ingredient. The chefs make extra effort to engage you and share their love and knowledge of each ingredient and dish. Though its an omakase, you can tell the chef you’re approaching fullness so that you pay only what you eat. Sake pricing is also very reasonable.

My friend really enjoyed the omakase. I have been there a few times and my all-time favourites are still the deep-fried burdock with apple wrap in seaweed plus the 比目魚 💕 thank you!

整體食材品質高，板前師傅技術好。青甘、海膽美味，甜蝦也新鮮。本次最大敗筆是干貝，過鹹完全吃不到干貝的味道了。

每一款食物都好新鮮，每上一道菜師傅都會講解食物來自那個國家和怎樣食，好喜歡師傅和客人的交流，在用餐過程好舒服，當然最欣賞就是食材夠新鮮

過去十多年，每次到台灣都一定會幫襯游壽司。魚生刺身一直都是頂級水準，而我們最愛的是它獨一無二的蘋果牛蒡絲卷。更喜出望外的是四年沒見，大廚阿和小辜還記得我們，問起我們的兒子。在游壽司吃的除了是美食外，還有濃濃的人情味和回憶。

Second time in this restaurant and it is always an amazing culinary experience, all the ingredients are fresh, prepared under your eyes and the staff is always eager to reply to any of your questions. The sake is also very good and the chef know which one to recommend depending on the menu. Will come back again for sure

Amazing restaurant with omakase menu. You choose when to stop (it's dangerous eep!). We had the luck of being served by the head chef. He was an absolute artist, and a delight to chat with. Run, don't walk!
