是下次聚餐會再選擇的優質餐廳，食物不錯，但是建議可以再增加干貝類的海鮮，湯品的種類有點多，但是服務好、氣氛佳。

填表單的時候是5/15，我昨晚請同學出來吃飯，段考完心情放鬆來吃個飯，服務員較晚收拾桌面我能理解(畢竟人真的很多)，但是服務員走過來看了一眼什麼都沒收，人都站在桌邊了還直接走掉，這不是擺明不想幫我們服務嗎，還有收我的盤子時把湯匙拿起來用甩的是什麼意思？蝦殼被掃到我的餐具上服務員只回頭看一眼是什麼意思？吃個飯被服務員搞的心情很糟，我從三年前每年跟同學來聚餐，這還是第一次見到，是怎樣？要給小費？還是只是看不起穿學校體育服來？我19:49買單，20:30要離開的時候走到櫃檯對收錢的服務員使眼色才要找錢，欸..會不會太誇張啊，是服務員覺得高中生拿你沒轍、沒見過世面，是服務員認為我們的時間不是時間，還是只是單純拖延，如果說只是忘記也說不過去吧，櫃檯四桌的帳單40分鐘不夠服務員處理？還是說那位服務員覺得我付現再找他麻煩，不懂那一成服務費是在付什麼的欸，這種服務態度好意思收服務費，更何況是「栢麗廳的自助餐」，對的起晶華的高品質嗎？我對昨天在餐台前那些熱情的廚師們還比較評價還比較高。在幾週前訂位的時候還沒想到會遇到這種事，使我對栢麗廳的服務態度感到相當失望，希望工作人員能夠認真審視這個問題，在這種餐廳拿勢力眼看人某天踢到鐵板就知道了

There is served a lot of tasty dishes. The dining atmosphere is also very comfortable. All servers provide excellent service.

食物選擇很多，肉的種類多，甜點表現比較弱，總的來說還是台北各大飯店裡的自助餐中比較好的。週末下午茶一個人$1400左右。

品項多元，一般buffet該有的食物都有。動向明確且空間寬敞。服務人員收盤速度不錯。整體氛圍有精緻奢華感。

熱食區，牛豬雞因為保溫太久肉都很柴很老，以前來過很多次，這次明顯感覺食物品質的退步，近期不會再訪

第一次慕名前來用餐，食物不錯但現場座位太擁擠，取餐很容易碰到座位及對向行人，所以整體很雜亂很吵，希望空間能更寬廣些

座位過於擁擠，本週是泰國週食材很多，韭菜花炒臘腸的韭菜花食材太老，甜點口味重複，日式料理新鮮，客人談話聲很吵雜。

座位在113桌，一開始服務生收空盤蠻積極的，可是到中期就很少見到服務生過來收拾，常看到服務生在其他區域巡視收空盤，但是就是不會走過來樓梯上這區域。導致數次空盤都要到回收區請服務生過來協助才能有桌面位置享用餐點。

Nice and yummy foods! We went this restaurant at lunar new years day. Too crowded and not of noises. But the foods were nice and good. Although the rate was not so good. It's expensive at lunar new years day. Visit here at ordinary days.
