    填表單的時候是5/15，我昨晚請同學出來吃飯，段考完心情放鬆來吃個飯，服務員較晚收拾桌面我能理解(畢竟人真的很多)，但是服務員走過來看了一眼什麼都沒收，人都站在桌邊了還直接走掉，這不是擺明不想幫我們服務嗎，還有收我的盤子時把湯匙拿起來用甩的是什麼意思？蝦殼被掃到我的餐具上服務員只回頭看一眼是什麼意思？吃個飯被服務員搞的心情很糟，我從三年前每年跟同學來聚餐，這還是第一次見到，是怎樣？要給小費？還是只是看不起穿學校體育服來？我19:49買單，20:30要離開的時候走到櫃檯對收錢的服務員使眼色才要找錢，欸..會不會太誇張啊，是服務員覺得高中生拿你沒轍、沒見過世面，是服務員認為我們的時間不是時間，還是只是單純拖延，如果說只是忘記也說不過去吧，櫃檯四桌的帳單40分鐘不夠服務員處理？還是說那位服務員覺得我付現再找他麻煩，不懂那一成服務費是在付什麼的欸，這種服務態度好意思收服務費，更何況是「栢麗廳的自助餐」，對的起晶華的高品質嗎？我對昨天在餐台前那些熱情的廚師們還比較評價還比較高。在幾週前訂位的時候還沒想到會遇到這種事，使我對栢麗廳的服務態度感到相當失望，希望工作人員能夠認真審視這個問題，在這種餐廳拿勢力眼看人某天踢到鐵板就知道了

    食物選擇很多，肉的種類多，甜點表現比較弱，總的來說還是台北各大飯店裡的自助餐中比較好的。週末下午茶一個人$1400左右。

    熱食區，牛 豬 雞 因為保溫太久肉都很柴很老，以前來過很多次，這次明顯感覺食物品質的退步，近期不會再訪

    座位過於擁擠，本週是泰國週食材很多，韭菜花炒臘腸的韭菜花食材太老，甜點口味重複，日式料理新鮮，客人談話聲很吵雜。

    座位在113桌，一開始服務生收空盤蠻積極的，可是到中期就很少見到服務生過來收拾，常看到服務生在其他區域巡視收空盤，但是就是不會走過來樓梯上這區域。導致數次空盤都要到回收區請服務生過來協助才能有桌面位置享用餐點。

    Nice and yummy foods! We went this restaurant at lunar new years day. Too crowded and not of noises. But the foods were nice and good. Although the rate was not so good. It's expensive at lunar new years day. Visit here at ordinary days.

    非常好服務人員都很貼心也很用心 真的是值得一直再去的餐廳 不會失望 唯一就是排隊問題很難克服已經訂位也要在排隊有點麻煩

    1.12/31用餐中的音樂，真的不敢恭維！ 播放人員或是主管，應該想像自己用歺時會喜歡這種音樂嗎？ 服務不是這麼表面的 2熱食溫度都不夠熱 3. 蟹腳沒有一個是有先夾破（國外都會）又沒有提供器具，有多難食用，主管不知道嗎？

    牛排太硬，水果太少，連麵包也是捨不得給。馬卡龍更是難吃到不行，整體感覺很糟糕，一點都不值得這個價格。也不符合這個飯店的水平

    個人偏愛日式料理 所以很適合來這用餐 食材方面都很新鮮 ，很特別的還有海鮮丼 環境&服務都是五星級 被分配到靠窗的位置 很舒適 當月壽星還會特別準備蛋糕蠟燭 訂位使用Open Table 超方便

    食材種類偏少，疏食項目甚少，水果的種類只5項，價格高卻沒有應有的水準，且完全沒有考量素食客戶，CP值極低，下次不會再來了。

    日式料理的部分進步很多，食材也很新鮮，建議小份丼飯的飯量可以再少一點。熟食部分也很不錯，建議假日高價時段可以推出特色餐點。另外，後面的用餐區域燈光太昏暗，對於年紀大的客人會很困擾。

    重新裝潢後第一次陪同老闆出席用餐,現場用餐環境很舒適,餐點雖然感情比起以往來的花項減少,但是每種餐點的質感都有提升,是一次很棒的用餐經驗.

    餐點幾乎都冷冷的，直到八點過後人潮變多，食物才是熱的，有點可惜。 服務人員收盤子的判定有點奇怪，有些還有的收走，有些沒剩什麼卻沒收。 蛋糕很多樣，但味道都沒有特別好吃，甚至味道和平常的不同

    海鮮生魚片、和牛茶泡飯都是一定要吃的，甜點也都很好吃，還有伏特加調的荔枝雞尾酒，非常順口，而環境方面有日本夏日祭典的感覺，整體來說非常不錯。

    PC值很高的餐廳，平日就已經非常多的人、平日用餐需要事先訂位、位子雖然不大、但是整體環境還不錯、下次再來用餐、度過美好時光。

    以假日午餐1890元外加一成服務費的收費標準這樣的菜色內容比起其他同等級的餐廳真的是令人失望透頂了！
