我們開放60天內的訂位，可利用線上訂位或來電訂位，訂位皆須綁定信用卡新台幣1500元，綁定信用卡後才算訂位成功，如有需要取消或變更日期，請在用餐日前3天之前取消或來電變更用餐日期!?如在用餐日前3天內取消，將會扣除信用卡定金費用，恕無法退還!

?包場須知:
包場人數最多能夠接待16位客人，包場最低消費午間28200元晚間43200元以上即可包場，訂位人數7位以上訂位含包場、我們將使用匯款方式來收取定金費用、每位收取台幣1500元。用餐日前七日之前取消（不含用餐當日）方可退還定金，七日內取消訂位恕無法退還定金。
?為了維護其他客人的權益，恕我們無法接待6歲以下兒童，每個餐期最多接受1位無法消費套餐的小朋友入座(❗需來電詢問告知，如未告知則需消費套餐金額❗)，如有第2位以上小朋友或是已有其他客人帶小朋友的情況下，每個座位皆需消費滿套餐金額

餐點及師傅的料理手法都很豐富，環境也很舒適，唯獨外場人員的服務，不太符合這樣的價位，用餐席間當中有詢問今日生日壽星是否有招待什麼，外場人員的確有回答招待一份小蛋糕，我也回應好的，謝謝。（訂位備註也有寫慶祝生日跟母親節）直到結帳，外場女服務生都未再多做詢問，請問今日壽星有需要提供小蛋糕嗎？就是因為有壽星我才會多做詢問，如果這樣的價位，服務員連多問一句都嫌麻煩，餐廳的外場服務真的很需要再加強，價格不算便宜且服務也沒到位，但櫃檯內的師傅們都很貼心，看到漬物沒了都會即時補上，也會多問幾句是否有吃飽，單純吃料理取向可推，但服務素質普通。

Interesting taste by Chef. Done a good job. Service staff can do a little more in their service. Example checking on alcohol, tea, table cleanliness to enhance overall experience.

This is a great value for the lunch set including 1 appatizer, 7 sushi, Chawanmushi, chu-toro sushi, scallop, uni, eel, soup and dessert for only NT$1880.

烤鰻魚非常好吃，玉子燒吃起來像扎實硬布丁的感覺。白蝦、鮪魚很好吃。用餐完上甜點前會換茶，覺得很用心。吃下來會覺得生食偏多，套餐可以搭配一些烤物。生日招待的蛋糕很特別😍

以這個價位，CP值高且材料新鮮握壽司跟師傅說飯多一點感覺不出來到底多了幾顆米飯 (看起來跟友人的份量一樣) 不過整體是好吃的。

用餐環境很好，食材都很新鮮而且師傅會細心講解食材的來源&歷史，料理也會穿插搭配讓整體吃完非常的舒服！會想再回訪的店！

壽司米酸味極重，完全蓋過食材的鮮美味。經詢問師傅，說是採用味道重的紅醋加在壽司飯中。其實食材是相當不錯的，卻被酸味全部蓋過，真的是非常可惜的錯誤操作。

Good value for money. Ingredients are fresh and service is very good. Nice and simple decor. My chef is very friendly and attentive to my needs. Location a bit off the metro but is within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

非常滿足的一餐！雖不像許多日料店主打日本進口食材，但選用台灣本地尤其是宜蘭在地漁獲反而更新鮮好吃讓人滿意。料理手法富創意且搭配完美，唯細節處理上可再精進。CP值極高，換菜單後一定會再訪。

好久沒在台北吃壽司。在台北日料名店晚餐變成8800元起跳的今年，在立志壽司吃2880、20道的お任，性價比來說是蠻不錯的。師傅很年輕，不過片魚的刀法還不夠純熟，每片魚料的大小有點落差。但日料食材好就好一半以上，這價格我相信在台北應該有市場。

地點不起眼，打開門後裝潢簡約，有些可愛的小擺設，燈光柔和，整體氣氛很溫馨舒適，不會讓人感到有壓力。從冷麵到甜點大約15道菜，每道之間的銜接都很細膩，充分感受到料理長的用心。軟絲握壽司相當令人驚豔，想不到這種平凡的食材，竟然能做出出乎意料的口感。紅喉剛好是個人最喜歡的魚種之一，彈牙的口感和質樸的鹽味是絕妙組合，而襯得出這番美味的功臣絕不可忽略下面的的壽司米。鰻魚押壽司收尾，把不同層次的嗅覺和味覺饗宴包在一片薄薄脆脆的海苔裡。除了離捷運站有一小段路，其他方面都相當滿意，以不到三千元的價位是很值得推薦的！

很超值的日料，主廚聽說是野村那邊出來的，手法不差，用料新鮮，給創業的年輕人機會，整體吃下來蠻值回票價，醋飯也調配的非常好，魚肉也很新鮮好吃，我們跟朋友吃飯還有慶祝生日還有可愛的小蛋糕吹蠟燭，很貼心的服務
