    由於服務人員不足，再加上客人太多，所以我們需要一再的提醒服務人員。 店長很親切，也試著一個人完成多項任務，但是也是因為忙不過來，顯得力不從心。建議應有專人接聽電話及收銀。 食物擺設美觀，原以為會是很輕鬆的進食，但是、整體卻顯得太吵雜，與我的期待有所差異。

    牛肉口感不錯，麵也可以，牛肉麵的湯也可以。 反而是那碗湯，有點太過簡陃。 媽媽最喜歡那杯果醋。 其他菜也不錯，如果再次去台北，會再光顧。

    湯頭很好，喝出來是精心熬制出來的。牛肉名不虛傳，點要個牛肩胛，肉質很嫩，但也有咬口。麵條也很有彈性。下次會再來。

    我們因為看到臉書上同學的分享，想說米其林必比登一顆星，就來嚐嚐，小菜我們點了滷味拼盤味道水準好、芝麻醬小黃瓜平平、涼燜苦瓜太爛口感不佳，我點番茄牛肉湯麵，番茄酸甜度適中，吃來回甘，算不錯，我姊點天下三絕牛肉麵配褲帶麵，牛尾值得一吃，牛肉軟嫩，味道偏淡，略遜；家母點美國腱心細麵，腱心肉味道不足，細麵不夠Q彈牙，頗失望。

    排骨飯滿好吃的，牛肉麵也還不錯，但就沒有像網路部落文寫的那麼驚艷。服務態度很好，不過整體性價比不高，因為不是住在台北市，應該不會特別再去第二次。

    首次造訪。雖然已經訂好 12:30 的位子，在去之前也數次接到店家的確認電話，但到了現場，不僅客滿、喧嘩，外場人手貌似不足，個個十分忙碌。我帶著兩位老人家，還是等了約十分鐘以上才入座，甚至有一度沒有位子可供老人家等候的時候坐。長輩不悅可想而知。 雖然碰到很親切的服務人員協助我們點完菜，但也碰到因外場忙碌而在需要服務時始終找不到服務人員的情況。在尖峰時間稍過之後，才比較有服務人員會注意到各桌的情形，而提供適時的協助。 在餐飲業服務人員荒的現今，已很難奢求最基本的服務水準。但此店定價甚高，除了食物品質理應達到該有的水準外，我們也希望至少能有平和、愉悅的用餐經驗。只是很遺憾，這次造訪並未如願。

    服务和上菜非常混乱。下午开门就入座了，因为赶时间，提前看好菜单，全店第一桌下单点菜的。结果小菜上来了，牛肉面等了20分钟还没有上。工作人员都很忙，外卖单也超多。大半餐桌都上牛肉面了，好不容易找到服务员去催单，过了10分钟终于给我们送上来了。结果卤味拼盘好像被他们遗忘了。又一轮催单。 所有菜品的用料是比较好的，但是真的没有吃出米其林推荐的水平。牛肉面味道不错，但有100到200台币的牛肉面有比他们的好吃很多。我选的是拉面，但吃起来并没有手工拉面的口感，感觉是机器做的？ 最后结帐了还加收了服务费。 总体来说不会再回来吃。

    線上訂位有填慶生，但是沒打電話預約，所以生日沒吃到豬腳麵線，但是有給豬腳吃，但是結帳時有被加到帳單裡面，還好結帳時有看一下帳單，然後有點牛肉麵結果送到六歲小孩面前，牛肉麵加湯味道很淡
