We sat outside on the patio on the most beautiful evening in Key West. The food was delightful and the service was attentive and friendly. The seafood risotto was delicious. The truffle mushroom pasta looked amazing. The drinks were also fun and festive. I will go back.

The empanadas was very tasty. My husband had the lobster which was great. I had the papperdelle pasta which I loved. We ate outside with view of marina. Our server was great.

The four flamingos restaurant at the Hyatt centric is excellent. The view is breathtaking. The prime rib was great. The marrow was excellent. There’s nothing to say negative if you’re in Key West give the four flamingos a try you won’t regret it.

Service was great but note they up charge the alcohol and unfortunately the risotto was under cooked had to send it back came back a little better

small portions, overpriced, great view from patio tables really only thing it had going for itself. Was expecting the moon of a top chef restaurant and was let down. This is clearly a restaurant that is there to cater to that hotel. Also on a Fri night 730 inside only had 1 six top and I believe there were 6 tables dining on the patio so should have been a sign that they were dead for a reason on a fri. Mango on the tuna not needed, my caesar salad had almost no dressing on it. Wife's beet salad underwhelming can think of other places in town that have better beet salad. Wife's meal catch of the day small filet coconut rice was coconut rice was served in its own dish vs on the plate with fish and sauce which could have been a way to make the filet not look lost on lg plate. My mushroom pasta sauce great noodles seemed home made but just not the right noodle for the sauce. Wanted to love this place but won't return as other options in KW are worth the $$$$. Maybe it was an off night but swing and a miss.

My dad’s fish was delicious and my bruschetta and eggplant steak were tasty. I’m vegan so I was looking forward to the hearts of palm caesar, but was told the dressing has cheese in it. Why make a cashew dressing if you’re going to add cheese? I wish they would label their menu’a vegan options clearly so I don’t have to play a guessing game until I get there. Otherwise, the service was great and the views from the outside tables are great, especially at sunset.

This restaurant is all about the ocean-side view. The food was good, and the service was excellent! Nice for sunsets in Key West.

Seafood was cooked perfect, lots of interesting flavors (some things could have just used more of it), great view (definitely sit outside if you eat here).

Our waitress was the only one and was also the bartender. It was slow and frustrating at first but she worked so hard and was efficient and food was divine!!

Hard to find the entrance since it is buried inside the hotel. And the spartan room decor and bright lighting did not match the quality of the food experience which was very good.

Great service and outside deck seating is tranquil. Food was savory, but served at room temperature. Visit during happy hour, have a drink and appetizer, then end the experience with delectable key lime pie.

It was amazing I recommend coming around sunset and sitting outside to get that amazing view! And Anna from Poland was our server and she was amazing great personality very helpful and attentive to us overall amazing experience 10/10 would come back!💕

Very positive experience. We were greeted warmly by the MOD, Veli, and service from Dan was outstanding. The menu contained a number of unusual and delicious possibilities, and it was nicely crafted. Wonderful, top-notch experience.

A bit of an odd experience overall. No ambiance whatsoever. Much like a cafeteria inside, which is where we were seated. Evidently there were no tables available outside. Despite the fact that every table was available outside. The service was terrific apart from the disappointing table assignment. Anna, our server, was wonderful and the food was great. I recommend BUT please insist on an outside table.

While the food was tasty much of it came out cold. The portions of some of the dishes (eg foie gras) fell short of expectations given the menu descriptions. There was no sense of occasion or ambiance and certainly the vibe did not marry with the menu prices. Quite simply it is a typical hotel dining space with a high profile chef name attached. We had made a reservation but the table was not set on arrival. While the staff were very pleasant the overall experience was ho hum. We all agreed it was a one and done dining wise.

Our fifth visit to 4 Flamingos. They continue to tinker with (and refine) their menu. Food is outstanding. Solid service. Had a lobster & shrimp risotto that was definitely a star!

Second time visiting Four Flamingos and, sorry to say, both times it was just average. Food was good, but nothing fantastic. Service was attentive and location is great. Would expect more from a celebrity chef in terms of the offerings, bit of a missed opportunity in my opinion.

View is fantastic. Service superb. Appetizers just ok, main course great, dessert needs help. In Key West a Key Lime pie is special but not here. Over sweet. Also terimesu was sad.

Very nice setting but very disappointing service and food. Over priced. Restaurant had very few customers on a Friday evening which should have been a clue. Location is amazing, it’s just a shame. I’m assume business is living off the chefs name and high rent location to stay in business. Could be the best location in Key West if service and food lived up to expectations, but not worth your visit… will not go back. With so many great restaurants in Key West so many better choices to be had.

Beautiful sky, lovely wait staff, creative cocktails--YES. Celebrity chef level of food? Ambiance? Meh. Oysters were sweet and crisp. Truffle fried plantains were tasty. Fried calamari was not.

Went for a Thanksgiving dinner. They had an $85 set menu. Called to ask if they could accommodate a vegan and pescatarian and they said absolutely. They served only a head of cauliflower to the vegan and charged the full price. Also, service was terrible. We were never checked on, they missed one of the courses, and they ended up over charging by almost $100 and we had to have them revise the check multiple times before they charged us the correct amount for our group of 4. Very disappointing overall. But the ambiance and view was otherwise great.

This was very disappointing. The food was mediocre, the service was abysmal from the moment we arrived and waited over 10 minutes to be greeted at the door (there was only 1 party ahead of us), the 15 minutes we waited once we were seated to get water, the mistakes on what was brought to the table, to the mistakes (drastic overcharges that were incorrect) on the bill. And the ambiance inside the restaurant was institutional. I’m a KW local and will never go back. To many better options to waste a meal here.

We had a wonderful lunch at Four Flamingos. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and I highly recommend the Swordfish Sandwich. Service was spot on and you can’t beat the view. Highly recommend.
