My husband and I had an early dinner there around 4:45. We sat at one of the booths surrounding the bar area. The restaurant was pretty dead. We only saw another couple at the bar. Because of that, we thought the service would be excellent. But we waited for drinks. We waited to order. We waited for our appetizers. We waited for boxes after the meal and not once did he ever check on us to see if everything was OK. The food was OK, but I think a little too overpriced for what it was. The restaurant is beautiful, but that’s not enough to get us to return there

Our server was exceptional. He was very attentive and courteous. We went on Mother's Day which was very busy, but he came by numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed.

I have visited here many times and the food is always delicious. However, I've never had a buffet there and that wasn't so good not to mention there was a piece of hair in my food . Not how I wanted my mothers to to be along with my daughter and mother n law

We ordered something to go that was suggested by the waitress and after she gave us the bill I guess she was upset that a tip wasn’t included in the bill, but I leave tips in cash. She never came back to close out the order and left us waiting so she lost out on a bigger tip for assuming something that wasn’t true.

Some of the food items were delicious, such as the corn bread and Buffalo shrimp and key lime pie. Others were just okay or a miss, such as ribs had no seasoning, wings were undercooked. Service was good, do was ambiance. It was quiet in the restaurant volume wise because it was early. Overall fair experience

Had a wonderful experience all the food was cooked perfectly. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable! The lodge Cornbread is a must try!!

Service was good and food was good. Was disturbing to have a guest smelling of pot sitting near by. It was disgusting! thankfully as they passed our table the strong smell dissipated after a bit otherwise we would have left.

It was a good experience. Pricey, but definitely tasty. I had the short ribs, which are divine. I happen to love French Onion Soup, but it was not my favorite here. It's more savory, and I like a sweet French onion soup. It's still good, but just to know. Breaking Bread as an appetizer is amazing. That garlic butter is delicious. It's always a nice treat to go here, though. Just be prepared to spend a bit more. Service was excellent.

As always, the food was good, but portions do seem smaller while prices are higher. Our server was fine, what I consider moderately attentive. The food seemed very slow out of the kitchen, which was surprising and disappointing as I've been able to count on Redstone for prompt weekday (work) lunches in the past. Despite mentioning right away that our group was on a schedule, we were very rushed once the entrees came. We should have placed our appetizer and entree orders at the same time, and I feel our server should have recommended that once informed of our schedule.

We hadn't been to Redstone in a number of years but remembered that our past dining experiences had been pleasant. We made reservations for our party of 6 and were seated promptly. However, on the way to our table we all noticed the overall lack of restaurant cleanliness especially the carpeting which was disgustingly dirty and in desperate need of cleaning/replacement. The bathrooms also looked like they weren't being attended to on a regular basis. Service was mediocre, took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order and we had to hail down the server for napkins & silverware. When our food came (which, to be fair, was very good) 2 entrees were missing their side dishes and another 2 entrees were missing the salad dressing. Again it took a while to catch a server to bring the missing items. After we got our food, no one ever came back to refill our drinks but the busboys worked extremely diligently to clean off the tables. The waitress dropped off the check in passing and didn't offer any dessert or coffee options. I guess they felt they didn't need to put in much effort since a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill (I'm assuming due to the size of our party of 6?) Extremely disappointing experience.

The food I had along with my quest was very bland and unseasoned. We could not finish the entrees or the dessert because it was not tasty at all and not good. Salmon tasted watery and very dry. We had to ask 2 other waiters passing by/bus boy to bring water to the table. The regular waiter was missing for awhile. When entrée was brought out, the appetizers plate, not good and not finished, we put at the end of the table was left there and not taken away. Nor were we asked if we were done so the plates can be taken away. So, we had to eat the unpleasing meal with stacked dirty dishes on the table as well. Dessert was brought out, and we had to eat that as well with the dirty dishes from the entrée still stacked at the end of the table

We have eaten at Redstone before and enjoyed the experience and food. This past weekend my husband and I got sick and spent the evening and day after in and out of the bathroom. There were 4 people at our table, and 3 of us felt awful after dinner. Also wanted to mention, this place is overpriced. At least 25% over what they should price things. Our bill was $500. We had 2 drinks each, 3 apps and our 4 meals and 2 desserts. Should have been more like $350. We won’t eat there again. Not for those prices. And especially not if we’re paying that to feel ill afterwards.

Service was slow and my request for a birthday treat for my friend was not provided. I made a special call to let them know about ordering a dessert with a candle and also indicated birthday on the reservation site. While the meals were satisfactory, the lack of a celebratory feel was quite disappointing.

Food was WONDERFUL! LOVED the Buffalo Shrimp, wish it came with 6 instead of only 4. The pasta dish was amazing too. Had a Wonderful dinner & will be back for more.
