My guest’s water glass broke and the bottom 2/3, water and ice dropped into his lap. Not a huge deal, the team helped get towels, etc, and moved our table. They offered a free dessert, but it was a business lunch and we were done. I felt some consideration as a gesture would have been appropriate, yet none was given.

Great food, Great service, Very nice ambiance. Only complaint is the patio bartender tends to short pour. When I sent my double back, his response was "that was a 3 1/2 ounce pour." Really, you can eyeball it that accurately? Inside bar is straight up.

We went to Mother’s Day brunch. It was good but not excellent like it used to be. The food was ok, but we noticed less variety, the desserts were not great quality. The value definitely decreased, although it’s more expensive now.

Great update from last year; however, I still wish they would be more mindful of serving so many pork dishes. They seemed to be getting cross contaminated by using the same heating setup. I saw people using the same tongs for pork and non pork items.

We had a very nice brunch today for Mothers Day. We tend to gravitate to Redstone for Mothers Day and Father’s Day brunches. A bit spendy but the food and service is excellent as well as the atmosphere.

Unfortunately, we had six grown adults squished in a booth, which made it very inconvenient and uncomfortable to let people out to get up to the buffet next time. I will definitely request a table…..

The Chilean Sea Bass is always fabulous at Red Stone! It is my favorite and I always have to get it when we eat there! Truly a great place to eat and we love the outdoor patio seating!

Host station had 3 staff and ALL were curt, non welcoming and borderline rude. Service was terribly slow, multiple people would come to the table and ask the same question the prior two or three people did so we were repeating ourselves over and over and over. Most items we asked for never did arrive (salad dressing, clean fork, water refill etc). Couldn’t get beverage refills, music outside was far too loud, the appetizers took a full hour to come to the table and then the meals about 5 minutes later. Dirty glasses and utensils were left at the table, we had to ask to have them removed between courses. The 20% gratuity was automatically added, which was fine, but they added sales tax to that gratuity, the sales tax on the tip was almost $20. Can’t believe that’s even legal. Redstone was once a beautiful place to enjoy a meal and we used to visit a few times a month, but recent experiences will make us unlikely to return.

Had an early Mother's day celebration at Redstone in Eden Prarie. The food quality was really outstanding - best steak salad I've ever had. Service was great, right level of attention without being overbearing. It is a little loud, but that's to be expected from a popular place.

I have been boycotting Redstone since last summer when I had an awful experience with food and service. I decided to give it another try and I was extremely satisfied. My favorite dish, Buffalo shrimp was done to perfection and the server, Shandra was professionally attentive and personable. My only complaint is that I think the whole menu is overpriced. I will return but not as often as I would like because of the menu prices.

This restaurant has a beautiful ambiance upon entry. The food was exquisite and top tier all around. We came 45 min before close and the waitress/ service was exceptional. I will definitely visit again!!

Requested online and in person for a quiet spot for my 90+ year-old parents. Put us in the loudest section. Seemed like it was just the easiest place for them to put us. Good food, nice waiter, but understaffed and Service was pretty slow.

In general it was good, however hosting persons must know how many persons and where guests are sitting. Because guest who came late was told that her friend isn't here yet. However, I was already sitting at the table and looking at menu.

Very overpriced for the amount of food & quality of the food. Redstone has really changed. The portions are much smaller & the prices have gone up.

Baby back ribs! Fall off the bone, delicious! Maybe the best that I’ve had in a long time. French fries… good compliment to the ribs as is the coleslaw. Bread pudding… amazing amazing amazing! Did I mention that the bread pudding is amazing? The Prosecco was a nice addition. The staff was terrific! Start to finish the staff cared about the details, never needed to ask for help… they anticipated, what’s better than being well treated and having a great time?

Food was good, waitress did great. But we were seated at a table that had been crammed up next to another table that was turned sideways to accommodate child seats. I didn’t think the hostess was serious at first as there was barely enough room to slide the chairs out. I’m assuming they figured they could place us there because my daughters are thin. It wasn’t till we got up that I noticed several other open tables available which we could’ve been seated at. My fault for not refusing the table. Just put off at the fact that they sat us there in an attempt to fill a table they otherwise probably couldn’t seat. We all paid the same price, we should all have the same seating experience.

Great food from start to finish. They were super busy and our service was still excellent. Recommend the banana cream pie to finish off the meal. We love this place and have always had a great experience.

Chicken noodle soup was excellent, chicken pasta, salads, and spinach dip were decent, flat bread was disappointing. Service was brutal, appetizer, salads/soup and main courses all at the same time.

This was my friend’s first time here and she cannot stop thanking me! Our waiter treated her like a princess. She could not believe how good the food was. We had buffalo shrimp, flatbread and fondue. We did not feel rushed and the food came out at perfect intervals. Thank you Redstone for making this experience one my friend will never forget.

The food was delicious. Our server had too many tables so he was not very inventive. We were out at a table in the bar and it was very loud. We will be back again because we enjoy the food.

It is not my pleasure to have to say this: the food was mediocre. Of particular note: the hash browns were hard on top, completely soft mushy underneath. No flavor to the hash browns. The corn and shrimp chowder was extremely disappointing: extra thick, salty and murky. I could neither see nor taste any corn, nor shrimp. I would NOT recommend it. Our starter was the fried green beans. A ridiculously TINY serving. They were tasty - I wish that there had been more. We were there to meet with family whom we don't get to see very often, and didn't want to spoil the meal by complaining to our server. My spouse and I talked about how BLAH our food was after we left. The service was good; the table at which we were seated was very nice; the ambience of the restaurant lovely. We just have no plans to go back there. Not worth the prices we paid.

The waiter was excellent! Food was good but way overpriced. I had the ribeye and it was super thin. Had blue cheese encrusted and it appeared to have a slab of sliced blue cheese on top that hadn’t quite melted. It was just ok. Not sure it was worth $56 drink was very good, cornbread excellent. Greenbeans were the vegetable and were cooked and bland no flavor or seasoning. Overall not bad, but wish I hadn’t dropped so much cash not worth all the money I spent
