Another brilliant dinner. I started with Ahi tuna poke, a crispy rice pancake with tuna and serrano chiles which provided heat. Next, Garganelli Carbonara, with speck, fava beans and leaves and pecorino romano which was thoughtfully supplemented by a 12 year old sauvignon blanc from the Friuli region in the northeast corner of Italy. Finally, a pistachio cream puff with tangerine segments and creme fraiche ice cream, with a glass of Amaro dell'Arborista. What could be better?

Too much of our food was tough and chewy. The $72 NY Strip was tough, and the Brussels sprouts were hard and undercooked. A restaurant like this can't charge these prices for food of this quality. We arrived with high expectations but were very disappointed.

We went for a birthday celebration. The space is beautiful and the food was terrific. Great drinks!

From the start, the hostess was rude and have a massive attitude. We waited 20 mins before we saw our waitress. And they were not busy. The food was average at best. We ordered three things to share. Only the grits were decent. The portion sizes were not consistent to other tables. And after spending well over $100 for two people and still being hungry is ridiculous

Fantastic food and we wanted to try everything on the menu! Grits were phenomenal - simple, yet very tasty. Even if you don't like grits, give them a try. The pastry platter went home with us and made for great snacks later. Though everyone recommended the blueberry pancakes, I thought they were good... not great... and not on par with the rest of the food. The syrup though was surprisingly good. All in all, fantastic food and we're looking forward to going back and trying more things... and of course, another serving of grits.

Tofu is very delicious but beware very spicy if you’re not a spice fan.

Great for groups but can get a little loud. Food was excellent. Try the pancakes, French toast, Branzzino and Wagyu burger. Cocktails were delicious.

Three courses, each better than the one before it. A hiramasa crudo sauced with rhubarb. An English raviolo stuffed with a savory pea puree and sorrounded with Enflish peas, lobeter and morels. Four ricotta fritters with exceptionally sweet strawberries and a subtle lemon frozen yogurt. This is Redbird.
