    My husband and I have eaten at The Range Steakhouse numerous times and it never disappoints; from the delicious food, to the wonderful wait staff, up to and including the good value for the meal. The atmosphere is quiet so that you can carry on a conversation and the views are spectacular! Our waiter was Otto and his assistant was Marina on this visit. They were both spectacular! We will continue to eat at The Range each and every time we come to Laughlin. It is well worth it!!

    Ordered a surf and turf special and the filet looked like salsbury steak with gravy on top with breaded shrimp. Was not what I expected for a $47 special.

    My wife and I visit Range Steakhouse usually 1-2 times each month. We have been dining there for the past 3-4 years. We have always enjoyed whatever food we order at the Range along with the wait service and the overall experience. Our recent visit was on 6/8 and Otto was our wait staff. He explained the special for the evening which was sea bass. We were looking forward to halibut and Otto stated he would check with the chef to see if any were available. He came back to the table and explained they had just received a shipment of halibut for the weekend special. He could get it for us and price was the same, but he did not go into how it was being prepared. This was not his fault as a lot of conversation was ensuing at the time. I just assumed that it would be prepared as we have always had the halibut. The sauce would have been a white sauce. Don't know what it is called, but always white in color. When we originally ordered, I told Otto we would be splitting our order. Just bring the full order to me and I would give some to my wife. When the order came out and served, that's when I noticed it was a reddish color sauce and it looked like it contained small bits of cayenne pepper. I tasted it and told my wife she could not eat this. She cannot do any type of hot sauce due to medical reasons. Fortunately, a portion on top of the halibut had no sauce on it and I was able to give her some without sauce. I didn't have a problem with the spicy sauce and was able to eat everything else, but just not my favorite with the spicy sauce as I prefer the white sauce that has always been served. I just wish that this new sauce on the halibut had been really explained. As I stated, I don't fault Otto or anyone. Normally I would have given 5 stars across the board as I usually do, but because of the above, hence the lower scores. We enjoyed the food and ourselves as usual and will be back!

    The food and service were both excellent. The only thing that I was a little disappointed about, was - it was our anniversary. The hostess mentioned it before seating us. We said, yes - our 40th!! The wait staff never mentioned it at all. I at least expected some recognition. Happy Anniversary? Offer of free desert? 40th is a big deal!! Nothing. ☹️

    Excellent food on par with any other steak houses we’ve been to. The steaks were cooked perfectly, tasty sides and really good deserts! Highly recommended dining experience!

    We enjoyed our meal. We had lobster tail, Filet mignon, and prime rib, baked potato and asparagus. Service was excellent and we enjoyed our meal.

    The service was very good and the food was good but not great . Maybe a little pricey for Laughlin .
