Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy we didn’t see our server much. Dishes piled up, I never got a refill, had to ask for a straw multiple times. The food was ok but was over priced. There are several other sushi places nearby that taste better and are cheaper. We will not be coming back.

Very unorganized in food delivery. Not sure if it was the kitchen or waiter but we had a party of 10. All entrees were delivered at different times. By the time the last entree was delivered, the first dishes had been eaten. We didn't get our salad until last. Hibachi steak cooked to medium-medium well. Asked for medium rare. Everyone enjoyed the garlic edamame, udon noodle soup and sushi rolls.

Amanda was fantastic. I requested someone else who had the same name but didn’t mention the last name on accident. However this Amanda did. It disappoint! She checked on us frequently and was very nice. Kept us in the loop about things going on and made sure we felt welcomed.

Everything we ordered was tasty - spring rolls were top on our list, fried rice was tasty, eel roll and rainbow roll was fresh, shrimp shumai dumplings were juicy, and the drinks were refreshing. It was a perfect date place with little girls of six and eight years old as it has everything they wanted and they said the food was satisfying as were the drinks.

Great server and delicious food! Had edamame, gyoza and panko chicken as appetizers. Delish all!!! Then we had chicken teriyaki, tempura shrimp roll and tempura chicken roll (Ra-some roll) (last one with soy paper) and we ordered some fried rice to share. Everything was super tasty as well as my Devil’s margaritas. Yum!!!

We went to walk in and it smelled like sewage. Additionally, they use "krab' not real crab. So we decided not to stay. It might be a good place, not sure, we could have just hit it at an unlucky time. The staff was really nice, the atmosphere was decent. I want just nervoud about the fake crabmeat. I don't like that and it was in almost every sushi roll.

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in many years. It took 35 minutes to get one sushi roll to my table. And that one call simple tuna roll was $23 incredibly expensive and it wasn’t that good. It was served room temperature or warmer. There were no customers in the place except me and yet I had to wait and wait and wait for my food and drinks. waitress apologized, but really could care less.

The first waiter seemed racist and did t want to serve us. One of the other servers saw this and tried to have the server serve us, but he started cleaning instead. We left after not being attended to over 15 minutes sitting at the table

Our server was not attentive. I had to go find her once. I don't what they have done to their sauces, but they taste like base sauce & MSG at 50% each. We have been RA fans for years, and this is our 2nd questionable visit in a row at this location. Your mileage may vary.

We were a party of 8 and the server just kept taking orders without informing the table of “over ordering”. The bill averaged $75 per person WITHOUT ALCOHOL! Embarrassing to the group.

Ty was an absolutely great server! They managed us very well and was very flexible and professional. The food was ok but the environment made up for it! It wasn’t too crowded or noisy. The drinks were really good as well. Thank you again for accommodating!

Appetizers were the best part. Sushi was subpar and hibachi entrees with filet mignon, shrimp, & chicken were bland and way too overpriced. Drinks are ok. Had my anniversary dinner there as it was our first time there and wanted to try something new, but it disappointed. Ended up going to del friscos next door afterwards.

We enjoyed our first visit to RA last night. The food was great tasting! My husband wished for a bit more shrimp on his fried rice, but my serving of Crazy Monkey Roll was more than enough. The happy hour drinks were still a bit pricey, but we will return!

We reserved a table with open table but when we got to the restaurant no one greeted us for atleast 8 minutes. I finally walked up to the gentleman behind the sushi bar and was like is it open seating. He said normally it’s not but we could sit anywhere. The food was okay! We got hibachi fried rice and 2 rolls. Food was mediocre. We will try this place again in the future… maybe we just got them on a bad day!

Our greeting at the door was quickly interrupted by a waitress stepping in front of the hostess and taking the iPad being used to check us in. We waited until she finished and allowed the hostess to proceed. A very awkward exchange to say the least. Once seated, we ordered multiple dishes one being a salmon salad. When the food arrived, the salmon was so razor thin (and COLD) that it was comical. I inquired about the minimal portion and how the dish was nothing close to what the picture on the menu reflected. I was told “yes, I hate how they portion these dishes”… finally (after the meal was nearly complete) another (EVEN SMALLER) piece of salmon came to the table. At the end of the meal, we were over $100 in… we’re still hungry and had nowhere close to a special experience we were hoping for. It was a stunning reality as to why the restaurant was dead at 7:30pm on Saturday of Memorial Day.

This was good for a large group because they were not very busy and I was able to make the reservation for a large group with very short notice. Unfortunately, I think the reason was because the service is seriously lacking. Soup was served cold and had to be re-served and every other dish was brought out haphazardly so we were all finishing our food at different times. The food is good, and so are the drinks, so hopefully they get some real help soon.

We visited Ra at lunch on Mother’s Day, with a reservation although there was no wait and plenty of open seating both on the floor and at the bar. We were seated promptly and quickly approached by the bar tender who brought water to the table, but then our wait began…. We sat for at least 20 minutes before the server who walked passed us multiple times greeted us. The table to our right even highlighted the fact that the service was terrible because they too had to sit for at least 15-20minutes before anyone approached their table either. Also, we ordered a salad as an appetizer but it didn’t come to the table until we had completely finished our entire meal. Fortunately the food made up for the poor service.

Food was delicious. Scallop Dynamite Roll was really good, a little spice to it. Our kids enjoyed the Dragon Roll. We all enjoyed the Filet Mignon and Colossal shrimp Hibachi entree.
