Food was mediocre Took way too long to come out. Some guest finished eating before others at the table got their food. Plates were piling up at the table. Restaurant wasn’t even busy

Ra in Oakbrook is my favorite Sushi restaurant. Their SCALLOP DYNAMITE ROLL is the best roll they have. I ORDERED 2 OF THEM!

Our service was slow but that was due to having one waiter for the entire dining area. However, he was friendly and as attentive as he could be. The food was good and we will be back.

Tried the Hibachi style entree. Zero seasoning on the food and small portion for price. Also the filet came a gray color with no sear on it. Would not recommend this place

We had the same waitress the last 2 times we went. She was very inattentive. Someone else brought our food out and she came by 15 minutes later, after our food was eaten already and asked if our food ever came out because she was “watching for it”. We had to ask 3 times for more water. She left after half of our party ordered because someone was taking an extra few moments to decide what they wanted, so our food came out in waves.

Made a reservation and when I got there I was told they were running behind 45 min to an hour! What was the point of my reservation then!! My valentine’s night was ruined.

My wife and used to come here all the time so we figured we would be a little nostalgic and return on Valentines Day. They were extremely busy for the holiday but nonetheless the service was great. The one thing we did notice was the change in the quality of the food. The rolls had a lot more filler than the actual sushi. Hopefully this was due to the fact that they were slammed for Valentines Day and were running low on food. We would definitely return and give them another shot.

My husband and I had the Valentines Day special dinner last night. The food was delicious. Everything we ordered was great. The service was excellent also. We really enjoyed trying new dishes and there was plenty of food. The only disappointment was that lemon drops are no longer in the happy hour menu. Otherwise I highly recommend the pineapple wontons, the Rackin Rolls, the salmon and udon noodles entrees and the mango mochi.

Food was good and the waitress was great. The issue is that we got seated at the sushi bar even though we had reservations. As a family with little kids, that didn’t work that well. The host didn’t bother to apologize or at least explain what went wrong. It was a take it or leave it situation.

If you like Sushi. It's pretty good here. My Martini was also nice and strong instead of sweet syrupy water like alot of restaurants.

The fish was not fresh, and the food overall was underwhelming. They also didn't address our 6 person table for at least 20 minutes. Our waiter apologized, but to say it was busy I could understand, but it was not busy not busy at all. And for good reason, because the sushi was terrible. Never again!

My boyfriend and I arrived first and were kindly seated at a table. While we waited for our two friends to join us our waiter Jonathan was very accommodating. He made sure to check up on us and get anything we needed. He was very bright and optimistic which created a very friendly atmosphere while we ordered and ate our food. He checked in on us relatively frequently but not to the point of annoyance. The food was absolutely delicious and had a range of flavor and texture. The food not only came out quickly but came out looking beautiful. The food was very filling and and visually pleasing. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!

We liked the music and atmosphere. Service was slow despite it not being that busy. The waitress was a little awkward but I didn’t want to make a big deal because she may have some personal issues. It was my daughter birthday and I wanted a fun dinner for her but service fell flat.

First time visiting this location. Table had a weird sticky film on it. Food was just okay. Nothing spectacular. Kind of expensive for the quality of sushi you get. Server was excellent. She was sweet and quick. Music was way to loud and not our taste. We wouldn’t go back.

Food was very good today. Temperature of the food, freshness and taste all better than I remembered from last visit. Services were attentive. Even though the restaurant is not packed, it was noisy. Mainly from guest talking loudly.

The food was really expensive for what it was. Sushi was cut unevenly, fried rice tasted only of onions. It took 1.5 hours to get our meals. Will not return.
