We were 12 minutes late for our birthday reservation trying to find parking and they gave away our table so we had to sit in the bar at a high top. I feel like I should have just skipped the reservation and just walked in. The food was good though and our server was also good.

We like this restaurant a lot and we visit it often. Each time we are there, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great food and overall dining experience.

I used to love this place. When it first opened. Back in 2009. Good Lord this place has gone downhill. When we first pulled up to our table, it was wet and sticky with food and trash on it. The hostess couldn’t be bothered to clean off the table. It took 45 minutes at least for our rolls to come out. Our service tried to appeal to us by telling us one of the chefs had to go home sick. Don’t tell me that! Now I’m worried about getting sick. Food was so-so. UNI, Blue and Sakura Sushi Train are much better. Probably won’t come back.

We always low the sushi at Ra, and their happy hour is next level. The attentive service we received was also extraordinarily high end, we will be back!!

Another great meal. Our staff was warm and friendly. The food arrived with a short wait time. It's always a good experience to dine at RA. We come here often.

poor service, the bar was cluttered with glasses and used napkins on a slow Sunday. We were seated and never saw management again. Nobody had a speed of anything but first gear

The signature rolls are great. Love the rainbow roll with all the varieties of fish and shrimp.

this was bye far the worst experience at a restaurant that I’ve ever had. we were sat for 15 minutes before we were greeted with waters from a server who informed us our real server would be with us soon. given the restaurant was well staffed and had about 6 seated tables in total, i couldn’t quite grasp the wait time. 20 minutes into sitting the server approaches and stood 1 table away to take our orders and insisted we speak up, instead of him coming closer to us. he took our drink order and never came back. i watched our drinks sit at the bar for 10 minutes, after 45 minutes of sitting and watching table after table b serviced while we waited (still without drinks) we left. I never like to use the race card unless it’s applicable but in reality we were the only black customers, our server wouldn’t even come to our table and we were the only ones without service.
