    I made the reservation a month ago for my birthday. On the day, I called the restaurant in advance saying we will be late for more than 15mins because of the traffic and hoping to have our seats reserved. We ended up getting there half an hour late, they gave my seats to somebody else and we only got a high table. No one on the check in says happy birthday although I specify it in the reservation. Food is mediocre, some hot dishes came out cold already. Chocolate cake and orange blossoms milk punch are good.

    I waited 1 hour to be seated. Service was below my expectations. Horrible experience for my graduation party.

    Great place! Classy, everything was fresh. The drinks were good. Just thought a little overpriced but very good still!

    Zuma is always great and the Omakase was amazing!! Worth every penny (and it is indeed a bit expensive). The lichee and rose martine is my favorite drink of all Boston. The place in general is also great but it is energetic, with loud music (I love it, it was the perfect atmosphere for a dinner with friends, but depends on what you are looking for).

    Treatment from hostesses was a terrible experience and result in waiting 40 minutes to get a table for 2 to seat 3 guests.

    Just sat there with no waiter coming up for ~15mins and I randomly asked someone to order. No one welcomed us and introduced anything to us while we saw pretty good service for other tables :). Waited 15mins as well for the bill.
