Showed up and they told us there was a 45 minute wait. Told them we had a reservation and they said they don’t take reservations. Showed them the Open Table reservation and they still said they don’t take reservations. Total joke!

We enjoyed holiday tea, which is a special event. The food was very good. I would perhaps have more savory bites and less sweet offerings. The sweets were a little too sweet for my taste. The tea was outstanding. The service was extraordinary. Dakota made our experience particularly special. We would definitely recommend with the caveat that it is a bit more sweet than savory.

We went for Tea. Beautiful table setting. It was weird that we had to choose one tea for savory and another for sweets. The jasmine tea was cold and weak when it was brought out. The aged Keemun was hot enough but could’ve been steeped a little bit longer. The savory bites were pretty tasty. Loved the presentation of the lobster cup but the waffle cup was a little too sweet. The sweets were beautiful but not that tasty. The pistachio eclair was gritty-the sugar never dissolved in the cream. I would like a price without champagne as I would have preferred to skip that but it’s included. I would recommend and would go back again.

The Holiday Tea that we attended was AMAZING! The service was great, everyone at Zorba’s was kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. The tea was out of this world and the food was amazing. My compliments to the Chef. It was a perfect afternoon and we will definitely be going back next year!

I brought my 2 Granddaughters to Tea. It was high end standards. Our service was impeccable. The table setting was so lovely. Every thing was so delicious. I would bring them back again. Thank you.

We went there for the Holiday Tea and were a bit disappointed. We have gone to many in the past and this one was subpar. They allowed for only one flavor tea for entire party at the start and then a second option at the end. They provided very little food for the money in comparison to others as well. The servers were great. The atmosphere was very nice.

We went to their afternoon tea and it was phenomenal. Attentive service, excellent food, champagne, and teas, all in a beautiful setting. Really, for the price it was a far better value than anywhere else in the Chicago area.

We attended afternoon tea. $200 for three people. The snacks were fairly good. The service was terrible. We sat there, along with everybody in the room for one hour until we were served anything other than a glass of champagne. By the time the tea got to the table, we all had headaches from just having one single glass of champagne and no water or anything. Visually it was very adorable and cute. Played and table setup was spectacular. The waitresses were all walking around very quickly, but it seemed like nothing was even happening. And then we looked around at all the tables around us, and everybody had been served side items like honey, cream, butter, etc. And we had nothing other than tea on our table. So we had to ask for all of those “extra” things that should’ve originally been included since that is the tea experience. And we said it was my mom‘s birthday and asked if they could do something special. We already had the bill and we were walking to the door and they caught us last minute with the birthday cheesecake. This happened to other tables. We didn’t really know what to do so we just put it in a to go box because we were already leaving and had our coats on. It was all very weird and uncomfortable. They have a lot of kinks to work out before I would ever go there again. Which is really disappointing because I got married at the hotel. When we looked around, other guests were also sitting in silence doing a lot of waiting. At the 2 hour marker we were finally given our second selection of tea but we chugged it because we wanted to leave. It has SO much potential but did not follow through. Sad at how much the cost was so the experience :(
