Please note that Zoe's is closed for renovations until further notice, Afternoon Tea will now be served on the Mezzanine Level of the Chateau Laurier Enjoy our famous Afternoon Tea service at "La Mezzanine" every day of the week from 11:00 am until 3:30 pm. The spring menu features 6 savory sandwiches and 4 desserts. $73 per adult, $36 per child (not including taxes and gratuity). We are able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions (please mention under Guest requests). Please note we do not offer self-parking at the hotel, we do recommend parking at City Hall or Rideau Mall. All reservations are subject to a 2 hours seating time. Seating preferences are reviewed based on requested date and availability.

We absolutely loved our tea time. The food was excellent, every bite was a different savor. Had been before, but the food was better this time. Service was excellent. Love, Love to bring a few deserts back home in our little box.

Food presentation was poor. The portion of duck was terrible and didn't lend itself to a positive plating, and the sauce looked to be lazily thrown around in a bad attempt to be artistic. Blood from the steak was streaking across the plate upon arrival at the table which to me indicates that it wasn't allowed to rest after cooking, and the arrangement of veg was uninspired. Flavours were generally quite bland, especially for the mains and the cocktails. Except for the French onion soup, which was oversalted. We attended an early dinner seating (5:30) and yet both the oyster and bison options were already unavailable, which, in addition to being annoying, indicates poor kitchen management. Service was nothing special. The low point was when our mains arrived before we were even finished our entrees. The server may benefit from re-upping on training as this inherently also affected the enjoyment of the dishes, our dining experience, etc.

Le personnel et le service est correct. La nourriture est bien L’ambiance n’est pas très approprié Je m’attendais a un souper comme dans le Titanic Il manque de place assise et nous avons été placé devant le bar, c’était très passant.

Our server was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. the atmosphere was very pleasant, not too loud which can cause a hearing problem for us. The light was beautiful with the blind closed to the direct sunlight. The food that contained bread was a little stale, probably because it is all pre-made and then assembled to order is my guess. Tea selection is well-curated Overall I love this Afternoon Tea.

Our server Nicole was very professional, friendly and attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the tea and food offerings and made it a wonderful experience. The food and tea was delicious. The ambiance was beautiful.

High tea at Chateau Laurie was wonderful! The hotel and Zoe’s in particular were beautiful and both the tea and the food were absolutely delicious. The service was helpful and personable too. We are glad we had this very special experience!
