Perfect location on the Riverwalk! Julie and Colby took great care of us, making delicious cocktails!! We had the pleasure of meeting Jenn who checked in on us to ensure we enjoyed our visit. And the chef personally delivered the Heart of Texas Pizza. Such an amazing touch!! Thanks chef Ron, Jenn, Julie, and Colby, can’t wait to come back!!

Waited too long for waiter. Food quality was horrible. The garden pasta with chicken was dry. Basic rotini pasta with canned tomato sauce and frozen vegetables….for over $30 a plate.

Had a large party of 12 and our waitress Leona went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of! The head Chef and Manager stopped by the table to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food and drinks! Great view of the Riverwalk and I would recommend Zocca to anyone!

Along river is always a challenge. Squirrels and birds are bold. For pasta sauces, ask how they are made as some aren’t as “ expected” or typical.

Ummmmmazing ! Delicious YUM ! Classic dishes with a modern flare, and a little bit of Texas! The ambience was welcoming and relaxed but classy . The food was amazing. I can’t say enough about it. We were a party of five and we all had something different, including an appetizer and mixed drinks. We were greeted and seated, but our server Angel was absolutely the best we will be coming back because of the food, but it was a service from him that was above and beyond. He had great communication, he made eye contact and smiled. He was so respectful and never had us waiting on anything . We had the pleasure of being seated on the Riverwalk …the venue is clean, including the restrooms and the staff was amazing. Nydia greeted us as we finished dinner and following that we had a pleasure of meeting Jen -I believe that a good staff and establishment comes from great management. We will be back.

Three of us had lunch at Zocca's on a Friday in April. We had a choice of indoor seating or outdoors on the patio overlooking the Riverwalk. We chose indoors because it was hot outside. The restaurant was light-filled, nicely decorated, and the tables were spaced out far apart from each other. It was really pleasant to sit there. Also, since it is located in a fancy hotel, the bathrooms were modern, clean, and well-stocked. During our meal, the waitstaff were friendly and polite. Our group had pizza, fish, and mushroom raviolis, and it was all delicious. Great meal.

I was on vacation with my kids, one which had special needs and I made it known since the start. We arrived early for our reservation, were seated until the time of the reservation, then placed order and waited for over an hour for our food. Someone apparently dropped one of the items ordered in the kitchen but I was told this over 45 minutes after we were seated. So we had to wait even more to get that remade. They did offer to remove that item from the ticket and gave us complimentary desserts but still was not the greatest experience. The food overall was not the greatest in taste. It did not have much flavor but we ate it because we were starving by this point. We were really hoping to like this place. Cocktails were good.

We waited for over an hour for food. Not a single appetizer or salad showed up. Our waitress was very kind and attentive but sadly couldn’t get food out of the kitchen. Food showed up and was barely edible. This place is very expensive with food that can’t compete with Olive Garden.

The food here is just not that good period. It has little favor nor looks appetizing. And what is listed on the menu is not what the kitchen cooks. I ordered the Texas Tagliatelle which on the menu says "smoked beef brisket / wilted arugula/ mushroom demi cream - see the picture - that is not tagliatelle nor is that smoked beef brisket. I mentioned this to the server and his reply - "oh, well that's how the kitchen prepares it" - wonderful so it is all chef surprise? Didn't stay for dessert.

Samantha was fantastic, and the food was wonderful but the noise level was crazy and no one was at the host stand where it said, “ Please wait to be seated.” No one came for 15 minutes, when I had to walk in to ask a random waiter to help us. I had reservations but it didn’t matter..,

I asked for a low top table and they didn’t have any although when I reversed they said they did. The host was very rude and had a bad attitude. The waiter was almost never present, he didn’t even get us silverware with the food. Food was cold. Overall horrible experience.

Our waiter was amazing & he kept up with all our needs and add-ons. My drink from the bar arrived swiftly as well as our food, although the service was outstanding the food was lackluster. I would suggest this establishment as a lounge/bar I would stray away from taking a date or hosting a business dinner here. Overall it was a decent experience,

My table wasnt ready , when we ask for wine person wasnt to experience what to offer, i order a seadood plate got only rice and mini shrimps ....

I kept reading from other OpenTable reviews how “awful” this place was. It was nothing of the sort. I ordered the gnocchi with a side of polenta and it was quite delicious. Drinks were fantastic and fancy. A few at out table order the Alamo and it had a mesquite flavor that wafted throughout the table. Thanks to ZCdI for accommodating our business meeting with family as we were able to get another table separate from our 8 that we had. Great place found on the River walk level of the Westin Hotel. Give it a try and may your experience be as pleasant as ours.

The service was very slow. We had to ask for everything (water refills, suggestions for food, etc.) The restaurant was very warm and the manager agreed and turned on the a/c, but it was still quite warm the whole time. There was only one selection that was gluten and dairy free. Overall, there are many better places to get Italian food on the Riverwalk.

The hostess refused to seat us without a reservation even though the place was half empty. It took us 45 minutes to get a salad. We were guests of the hotel and were treated pretty rudely.

Waited for over an hour for a salad and pizza that were simply average.

Looking for fine dining on the river walk? Walk on by. I expected more from Westin, the inventors of the Heavenly bed. I love the Westin, St. Francis in San Francisco. The hotel looks like it’s great, but this restaurant was nearly empty on. Friday ant 7:30 and had the ambiance of a high school cafeteria. Bright lights and hard surfaces met us, which made the very slow beverage service harder to bear. Kind and attentive staff and quicker food service were very much appreciated. Great location on the river walk. Maybe we had unrealistic expectations. This would be a good place to take your kids

We had a wonderful business meal in Zocca. Great food, fast service. Great location right on the River Walk.

We had great service in a quiet and cozy atmosphere. The Seafood Risotto and Spaghetti were both excellent. I only wish they had offered some type garlic bread.

Ravioli and mushroom pappardelle were fantastic but the risotto was awful, hard to believe it came out of the same kitchen. The manager was kind enough to remove it from our bill thankfully.
