This was my fist time coming here. The food and ambience was excellent. We had the Spicy Sashimi salad for starters. The butter miso scallops and the Wygu roll is a must try. I look forward to going there again.

This was our second time at Yume. We came back with anticipation for another great sushi experience. Their seafood is super fresh and the combinations of flavors are so innovative. Service is always warm and efficient. Unfortunately, some of the rolls were over sauced with a heavy mayo component. Thus overwhelming the roll itself and destroying the nuanced flavors they do so well. I will try again, and request they “dot” the mayo sauce only.

We went on a Tuesday afternoon. There wasn’t many people which was nice. Server was super attentive the whole time. The sashimi is very good quality, very fresh, and yummy. Will definitely be revisiting.

Good quality fish but very non-traditional preparation and presentation. It’s more fusion-esque sushi with caviar, gold leaf and foie gras adornment. They take good (not great) quality fish and confuse it with excess to justify a higher price. We tried the Winner…not worth the $30 price tag for ONE piece of sushi. Also got the sashimi platter to eval the fish by itself and as I said, good but not great. Certainly can get the same quality fish for a third less (e.g. Hinata sushi in old town). Extremely loud ambiance so great for younger people on the dating scene.

Excellent food. We liked all the dishes except the Uni Scallop . Don’t recommend it. The daily specials are too expensive. Iee recommend they add some daily specials that are more affordable . Highly recommend for occasional visits given the price. We are sushi lovers. We have our to go to sushi place with more affordable price so we stick to that one on a regular basis and come to this one to enjoy special evenings

The most amazing sushi experience we’ve had in the United States. Hands down. Not traditional, so if that’s what you want this might not be your place. But truly a memorable experience. Love.

This is my favorite sushi in town. Everything was super fresh and super tasty, as usual. We had several rolls, the delicious avocado crab appetizer, and “The Winner” dish, followed by a caramel ice cream. I would order each item again, and look forward to doing so. Service was very pleasant.

Great spot! The menu is varied , creative, and delicious. Staff is very nice. Parking is a bit of a hassle so plan ahead.
