No food here, had to give a star but we didn’t eat. But the vibe is good, very small, I thought initially it was going to be bigger but it works. The service was good, drinks were also good, it was an appetizer, dinner, desert kind of thing. First cocktail was light, the second alittle heavier, although he did ask if we wanted to stay light for dinner but we opted for heavy, then desert, sweater fruity stuff. All good, but the dinner cocktails were very heavy and straight forward. If that’s you thing then have at it, I would probably stick with lighter next time. Overall, great spot, date night for my wife and I. We enjoyed it.

I’ve chased the best cocktail bars in Paris, London, NYC, and Chicago - this is in the upper echelon. Excellent atmosphere and execution. Put this on your list.

One of the best bar experiences I’ve ever had. It’s stunning, the bartenders are fantastic, and the drinks were unique and delicious. Highly recommend!

the service was amazing from all 4 staff members, including the hostess, working that night! the drinks were AMAZING! all 3 courses suited mine as well as my girlfriend's taste! We're not much drinkers so to pay for cocktails we knew we'd love compared to overpriced poorly tasting ones definitely has us wanting to come back!

We called and contacted the location multiple times to add one to our party and they said it wasn't possible. We then were sat at a table with two extra seats. The price has increased significantly from the last time we came here. Great cocktails overall. No food.

Truly outstanding- ambience, cocktails and service! I am rather difficult to please, but this was not a problem at Young Blood! Highly recommend to anyone in San Diego!

The best speakeasy experience I’ve had in a really long time. It’s dealer’s choice so there’s no menu, and the bartenders did a phenomenal job selecting our 3 course cocktail experience. We definitely will be heading back with our friends very soon!

We had a reservation at 8:15pm, however were told to wait out of the area and in the Neighborhood because people were still in our seats. Around 8:30pm we were seated but were not even greeted until after 8:45pm. Once we were attended to, the service following was great however I felt that we were being pushed out quickly. This was uncomfortable and concerning, especially since 30 minutes into my reservation we had no drinks. The bartender himself and the drinks were fantastic. Overall the experience was awesome, however the rush and talk behind the bar made it feel as though we all needed to hurry up because “we need those seats by 10pm” or similar was overheard.

Amazing vibes paired with great service and killer custom cocktails. 3 courses of cocktails, app, main and dessert. After only a few questions Kevin was nothing short of spectacular with his fine tuned sense of what a guest would enjoy. This was one of those memorable experiences.

Kevin was a great mixologist and tended to my taste palette for the cocktails. He hit the mark for all three. I got a tropical first with reposado tequila, then whiskey sour wasn’t my total favorite, but he made it up with a delicious dirty martini vibe, and lastly, a key lime pie cocktail. It’s like he read my mind. Tasty cocktails, definitely will return. I do wish there were food offerings / pairings, but I understand that Neighborhood has food. Thank you again! Best of luck with perfecting a mango sticky rice cocktail!

An excellent boutique bar. Cocktails were fantastic. It is an excellent ambiance and experience. Couldn't recommend more. Make sure you consider what your favorite spirits and flavors are prior to showing up to maximize the experience!

The gentlemen were super nice and really attentive to my preferences. It blew my mind the way they combined ingredients to make the cocktails taste exactly how you wanted them to. I had a Tiramisu cocktail for dessert and it was phenomenal!

We've been here once before, and our second visit did not disappoint. The interior design is beautiful, the drinks are some of the best I've had, and the experience of ordering something based off your imagination or what you're feeling in the moment is truly unique. First time coming to YB. Very impressed with the cocktails we each had and the attention to detail. $70 for 3 drinks - expensive for sure but to be expected. Beautiful setting too!
