Andy and Paul Georgiou welcome you to Yiamas Greek Taverna, the home of truly authentic traditional Greek and Cypriot Cuisine in the heart of Birkenhead.

You are invited in true Taverna style to soak up our friendly and welcoming ambiance. Whether you want to relive some of those gourmet holiday memories or sample from our traditional Greek and Cypriot menu, we are sure you will be coming back for more.

We offer a feast of Mediterranean and typically Cypriot delights. All our food is prepared on a daily basis using only the freshest and finest locally sourced ingredients. We’ve been there a few times and never disappointed. Friendly atmosphere, service great and the food…. all I can say is yum.

Gorgeous authentic good in a lovely atmosphere, staff are very friendly. Always love a visit here. Great value for money and good house wine. 😁
