The food was great but the music was sooooo loud. Also they have blowing air vents that make your food cold. They might want to consider fixing the air or moving the portable air conditioning!

Visited for the weekend from Arkansas. Such a cute place! Definitely picture worthy. We arrived early for our reservation and were prompted to the bar while our table was ready. Bartender was super friendly and attentive, drinks were amazing! Food was great. Host was also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon.

The food was not the best I've had. Chips were hard, salsa was not tasty nor spicy, the meat for my tacos was very little and weirdly seasoned. The tortillas were soggy and would break. The guacamole was good but not freshly made. The beans and rice had no flavor. The drinks were okay, seemed like cheap liquor. The best part was the loteria and playing that.

It was way to loud our party had to leave early. The food was just ok and the drinks were over expensive. Definitely, not a speakeasy.

Love, love, love this place! Delicious food & great wait staff! I’ve been when the roof is open & when it’s shut. So if it’s shut, be prepared for the noise level. I love the mariachis they partner with, but you’re definitely pausing your conversation. Not all bad considering they’re awesome!

All three of us agreed that we’ve had better Mexican food at other places. Burrito arrived wet/smothered when it was ordered dry. Aguachile was lackluster poached shrimp sitting in a flat plate on a pool of puréed salsa. Forks only. Esquites? Well it was buttered corn and cotija without any pizzazz … again scattered on a flat plate with only a fork 🧐. DOES THIS PLACE HAVE SPOONS? Dessert? Not even offered It was really strange that our reservation specifically mentioned this was a birthday celebration, but it wasn’t acknowledged in any way, shape or form.

Wonderful place! The environment is unique and extremely fun! So far this has been the best brunch experience in the DFW area. The mariachis were amazing too. If you are looking for a place to have fun, I strongly recommend this place. Be aware.. this place is LOUD!

I reserved a table for 10 for my birthday on a Saturday night. I was really excited because I had never been here before and it looks like a great place for a birthday celebration. However, I was wrong. First, our table for 10 only sat 8 people. We got a waiter and let them know that our reservation was for 10 and the guy just said "yeah" and didn't offer any productive options. We asked someone else and they moved us to a larger table. Our main waitress was actually really nice and amazing, however, everyone else helping her (even the manager) were rude and disrespectful. They kept getting our orders incorrect and were rude when we politely let them know that it was wrong. For instance, my friend ordered a trio of dips and they brought us one bowl of queso. She told the male waiter that she ordered the trio and he just said "no". Luckily our other waitress got it fixed. These are just a few examples of the service and there were many more. I never leave reviews and am very understanding and don't even like complaining. However, I chose this spot, which isn't cheap, for an amazing birthday experience and I did not receive that.

The location was smaller than the photos lead you to believe so make sure you book your reservation. The staff was excellent and very attentive, the Mariachis were very talented and had the patrons dancing. Overall very happy with the choice.

Our brunch experience at Yellow Rosa was fantastic! The atmosphere was unique and a complete vibe and the mariachi band was talented and friendly. Regarding the menu, everyone in our party enjoyed their brunch meals. Definitely recommend the Spiked Horchata (wow!) and the Chorizo Molletes (yum!). We look forward to going back soon!

Service was horrible. They rarely checked on us. They did not get orders correct and asked for us to pay before we got to order any food. Food came out quick which was nice. Drinks were amazing.

Finding the location was difficult. There is not a sign on the building so go slowly as you are on Commerce st. There is a faded out yellow rose on the sidewalk but you can’t see it from your car. Anyway, the food was AHMAZING! I had the Salmon plate. The appetizer was great as well. We had the trio. Queso, black beans and guac! Drinks were average. Not the best. Me and friends had several different ones as we tried to find one that was “Wow” but unfortunately we couldn’t. If you get the mango with chamoy- EXTREMELY SWEET. I also got the Passion Fruit (can’t spell it in Spanish) that too was extremely sweet. And 4 other different drinks my friends had and they were not impressed. But food and service was great! Also, if you reserve a table- they limit your time - you have 1 hr and 45 min to eat , drink, talk, laugh and then it’s time to go. Lol. They don’t post that but it’s on their menu!

The ambience is very awesome, the only problem was the no flavor quesabirria tacos I ate lol this is my second time and I thought maybe this time they would be better but no big deal just added some salt and habanero salsa to give them taste. My daughter had the enchiladas suizaz and those were delicious!

This was my first time at Yellow Rosa, we sat in the middle, the ambiance was soothing, the service was pleasant, the food, the michelada and live mariachi band made it my new favorite restaurant!!! 10/10 I recommend everything here! Everything!! I didn’t taste or see anything that wasn’t pleasing.

My husband described the black coffee as “ heaven on earth” and the churros “ the most satisfying dessert that I have had in quite a while.” Regarding the chips and salsa, he said “ I didn’t think it was possible to improve upon chips and salsa.” I had the posole, and really enjoyed it. The mariachi music was fun. The only downside is that the food was quite pricey for the quantity, but the quality in freshness was definitely there. The staff was very friendly, and the energy of the place was great.
