The brainchild of 50 Eggs Hospitality Group’s founder John Kunkel, Yardbird first opened its doors in 2011 on South Beach and now has six outposts, including Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Singapore.

I ordered the Shrimp and Grits, and it was just ok for me. The service was great, and the vibe was nice. Parking sucks, you have to Valet Park or walk a country mile to the garage. The food is pricey for what you get. There are lots of better tasting places for less. But it wasn't horrible. 5/10 for me.

The waiter that we had was very rude and I didn’t like his attitude. We felt rush and I just did not like the service today. I did not. And I didn’t get my drink on time because I had the Mother’s Day brunch. I end up ordering a drink from the bar. It was just not a good day today. I was expecting more.

We were not aware it was brunch with a specific menu.I would have preferred to have either had a choice of having Mother's Day brunch or ordering from the regular menu . We came to experience the restaurant. Not be forced to eat what you guys prefer to serve to make it easier for you and your staff.

The service was terrible. And while it was a busy day, they were not that busy compared to other places. Empty tables were there and not completely full. Took way too long to get food. Seemed across the board and food was forgotten or requests for things were forgotten. Food was good but not worth the wait. And miscommunication on set menu vs what your online website says that you can order a la carte from regular menu. Next time you decide to last minute have a set menu communicate that ahead of time as people book in advance.

Attended Mother’s Day Brunch and the meal was outstanding. Excellent starter-fried green tomato BLT, original chicken and waffles, and deep fried Oreo for dessert. Entree portion was large and Oreo was outstanding!

This was a fantastic dining experience! The name doesn’t necessarily represent the “wow factor” you have when walking in and dining. The fried chicken, wedge salad, mac and cheese, and brussel sprouts are delicious and will leave you full yet wanting to return. Would recommend for a casual, business, or celebratory reason to dine.

Nathan was the BEST waiter. I visited with cousins for a birthday celebration and he was GREAT! Even though the air was out, everyone had a great attitude. #netflixandcheesecake

Excellent! The gluten free chicken and waffles was so good! It was big enough to share between me and my husband! Highly recommend! They even told me they were doing a separate fryer without me even having to ask!

Yardbird doesn’t disappoint - consistently great food and ambiance. The traditional chicken, mac and cheese, and biscuits are hard to pass up but this time I opted for the Protein Cobb Salad which was tasty and a large enough serving to take some home.

I went to the Yard Bird in Vegas, and the food was Fa nominal. So, I was very excited after relocating to the Dallas area and I learned that a Yard Bird is located here. The parking was not ideal unless you pay for valet parking. The atmosphere was desirable, but my food was not as good as I hoped.

I absolutely love all the Yardbird restaurants. I haven't been to Las Vegas or Singapore. Those are definitely on my list to go next. Please continue to grow. Every staff member is exceptional.

We dined outside so it was loud but fun to watch the comings and going of the city. The food was phenomenal. Upscale but still tasty. The greens were so good but they were sweet. I could’ve used some salt but there wasn’t any on the table but I’m glad there wasn’t any on the table to make it cluttered so it was fine. The biscuits were good and hot and the butter and jelly complemented them perfectly. I loved the shrimp and grits it was just a small portion and I wish there was more sauce around the grits to mix in but they were good. The fried chicken was the best and seasoned really well and the breast was juicy too. It was a great meal and I’m glad with the selections that I made for my first time to try this restaurant.

My experience at yardbird was wonderful! When my party was running late we only needed 4 to sit which I appreciated because most places are strict. The reservation was put down for a party of 8 but once I found out another person was joining us, there was no issue adding another seat. Our server Kathy was attentive and polite to our party of 9. I was surprised when my food came out at right time, I was expecting more of wait. Kathy made my experience even better once she bought out my birthday dessert:))

Great place for lunch or dinner prior to an event at Winspear. My husband raved about the Chicken/Bisquit/Gravy and Over-Easy Egg brunch dish. I ordered the Fried Green Tomato and Bacon dish which could be a light lunch or an appetizer. Very tasty. Service with Trevor was prompt, courteous and respectful of our theater date. Beautiful and modern decor with comfortable seating.

Food was very very average. My partner and I had the infamous Chicken & Waffles, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and the Truffle Parmesan Fries. As well as the jalapeño cornbread as an appetizer. Honestly none of the food was mind blowing, disappointed given the supposed raving reviews for this restaurant… spend your money wisely and eat across the street.

I would've given it a 5 star but 1 person in my party didn't get their entree until their 4th attempt to bring out the correct one. Otherwise, the food and drinks were above board, just a little confusion about who ordered what. That's the ONLY complaint. I would still highly recommend dining here.

Waiter was slow kept passing me by . I was patient but it wasn’t it for me he didn’t want to box my food up like the other servers did they tables. If it’s something y’all do don’t be lazy with me ? The host was so bubbly and super sweet. She guided me to my table with no problem. Fernando did an amazing job as my waiter. He did not miss a beat! The drink was strong like I like it. The food was piping hot and extremely delicious. The chicken was nice and crunchy. I even had my social media followers requesting the location of the restaurant because the presentation of the food and the overall restaurant was amazing! I will definitely be back!
