Xaak is a Contemporary Mexican Cuisine experience, designed by 4 chefs from Hotel Xcaret Arte’s Culinary Collective: Roberto Solís, Paco Méndez, Jonatán Gómez Luna and Alejandro Ruiz, who have designed an extraordinary 5-course tasting menu that will surprise the diner.

This experience includes pairing with premium Mexican wines, these have been chosen by Sandra Fernandez, one of the most influential women in the promotion of Mexico’s wine culture, to harmonize this culinary masterpiece.

Xaak makes me sad, cause nothing will ever come close to experience of dining there, to say it was marvelous doesn't make justice to the creativity and delicate layout of flavors and textures offered in Xaac. Please give yourself this gift and book Xaak inmediatamente.

El menú de degustación vale muchísimo la pena! El maridaje aún con vinos de la casa, incluyen grandes selecciones. El castacan y los ravioles, mis favoritos!

Fabulous service from Armando our waiter, dishes were creative & delicious. Only negative was the vegetarian options for one in our party could’ve been more substantial and on par with other diner’s food. Wines were wonderful, with 2 exceptions , and we weren’t informed before meal that there was an extra charge for wine, as well. All staff were fantastic!

It’s a fixed menu. Exceptional. 5 courses accompanied with curated cocktail or wine otption. $175 usd for full experience. Location is stellar , and staff was outstanding!

This restaurant blew our minds. We've stayed at a few all inclusive resorts and have friends who stay regularly. Routinely the number one complaint is food. The fact that this restaurant, which Michelin star quality, is at a resort is astounding. The food, the service, every single thing here was the best dining experience me and my wife have ever had.

Excellent food and waiter had a great knowledge of the food served, the only complaint is that to get to the restaurant it is a hassle and very annoying. People at the valet parking don’t have a clue where to guide you and we have to walk like 20 minutes back and forth to get to the hotel reception where again in was annoying to find out that people didn’t have a clue about my reservation. I would expect much more considering that I spent 350 usd for two.

Totally worth it! Amazing food experience and service. The awarded and knowledgeable chefs give an extent variety of specific Mexican ingredients from all over the country making a state of art of every dish, mixology drinks and wine pairing. The ambiance is beautiful and impeccable as the whole hotel.

La experiencia en el restaurante impecable! Servicio, comida, bebida, staff! Todo increible La unica área de oportunidad la tienen en recepción a la llegada y registro, el servicio fue malo, el recepcionista Jonathan no sabia lo que hacia, demoro mas de 15 minutos en un registro simple y en intentar cobrarme, me cobraron por adelantado, lo cual no es problema, pero nunca se me aviso que me cobrarian antes (en anteriores ocasiones me cobran en el restaurante) y el restaurante tiene terminales, desconozco por que no me cobraron en el restaurante, adicional a el cobro en adelantado, el recepcionista cobro mal y al final de la cena cuando pasamos a retirarnos los brazaletes tuve que volver a realizar un pago por la diferencia y tambien demoro este proceso, la recepción es lo primero y lo último que ve un cliente que visita solo el restaurante, y Jonathan hizo pasar mal rato al principio y al final de tan buena experienca en el restaurante Nos quedamos con la extraordinaria experiencia del restaurante! 100% recomendado

Lo unico que no me gusto es que sin pedir la cuenta nos la llevaron y en cuanto nos la llevaron llego la srita de la caja con la terminal como rapido pague y vayanse y pues eso si no me gusto tambien me parecio que el tipo de cambio que aplican es excesivo 21.00 pesos y no aceptan el pago en dólares entonces es o te lo aplican o te.lo aplican y no tienen descuento para locales lo cual también me pareció extraño dado que xcaret en general siempre ha consentido o apapachado a los locales

This was a very pleasant surprise… We wanted to invite a couple who happened to be friends of some friends of ours. We chose Xaak because of its proximity to their house… what a culinary surprise!!! The food, the service, the wines all were outstanding.

¡Maravillosa experiencia que vivimos con todos los sentidos en la cena de fin de año en XAAK! El diseño del lugar es increíble, disfrutamos los sabores de los platillos yucatecos y zapotecos del chef Alejandro Ruiz a quien tuvimos el gusto de conocer, además la amabilidad y calidez de Boris y Luz María gerente del restaurante, enriquecieron nuestra cena. ¡Fue una experiencia inolvidable!
