“This Must be the Place”

What's a Wolf Peach, you say? Well, it’s an interesting story.

What we know today as the tomato was first grown as a crop by the Aztec Indians. Spanish explorers brought the tomato back to Europe in the early 1500s.
In England and Germany, they were initially regarded as ornamental, but poisonous, a “wolf peach”. This is because aristocrats experimented with the tomato, but it ended badly—not due to the fruit, but because it was eaten on pewter dishes. Apparently, acids in the tomato leached the highly toxic lead in the pewter dishes, and caused illness and even death in many cases. The “common” folk, however, typically ate on wooden dishes, and had no problem!

Wolf Peach is a place for all of us regular folks. A little uncommon, a little unexpected, a little special. A place for everyone and anyone to enjoy a good hearty meal, scratch-made from Chef Luke Ostrowski.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Wolf Peach Public House sitting out on their charming patio. We started with the Wolf Peach Ricotta Crostini, which was a wonderful blend of creamy ricotta, honey and grilled pineapple. Delicious! The seared scallops were cooked to perfection. The highlight of the meal for me was the Ricotta Gnocchi with crab, mint pea purée and fried leeks. The food was fantastic, and excellent service. I look forward to returning soon.

Had a great dinner for our anniversary. They had a reserved table setup in advance with a signed Happy Anniversary card from the staff. Fantastic dining experience.

10/10 will come here again. Food was amazing & service with Mava was great. I will be dreaming about this meal until I come here again.

Food was ok, beet salad was the best on the menu, every “small” dish was topped with chopped peanuts fyi, and unnecessary in our opinion. Atmosphere was great as we sat outside. Maybe would return for a drink and app but dinner was meh.

Some of the best food I’ve had in the Denver area. Definitely comparable to restaurants in big cities like LA, Chicago and Vegas. Would recommend for sure

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice restaurant close to home! Ally our waitress was fun and attentive. We shared a couple appetizers, a shareable and entrees. Everything was delicious! Prices were a little high but worth it to have a nice place without driving downtown. We look forward to going back and sitting on the patio when it’s a bit warmer.

What a breath of fresh air for Parker restaurants. Parker needs a restaurant with this quality. Food is very, very good with a great menu. My only suggestion would be to expand the wine menu, which is somewhat limited.
