We, Tokyo Ichiban Foods, started our business in the restaurant industry. We continue to pursue serving quality food that will delight our guests, and we cherish our relationship with them. Today, pivoting from our strong origin, we are also expanding our scope of business to aqua-farming, seafood processing and distribution.
We oversee the process through professional culinary eyes, from when the fish is cultivated until it is served to our guests. This allows us to build a sustainable and traceable system that will lead to higher customer satisfaction.

Sushi was “eh”. We went for omakase (thinking it would be at a bar with a sushi chef). It was just a sashimi entree served all at once (12 pieces on a plate). Which I guess is omakase in the strict sense, but not the experience you think of when you go for omakase at other places.

The oven was out of order so they didn’t have any of the skewers and the main course we asked for. The thing is they could have clearly mentioned what all is not available as opposed to every time we carefully chose what we wanted only to hear it’s not available. They had Sparkling Dassai on the menu but wasn’t in stock. So when this happened thrice, it kind of spoiled our mood. The Tempura Udon was very good. Unagi Maki was excellent.

I would recommend checking out their specials for the day, personally I ordered oh-toro thanks to it being a 5/$29 special. Would recommend a mix of sashimi and fried foods like the karaage.

The food was very delicious. However, we had a full meal in 30 minutes. Felt like we did not have much time to sit and enjoy our time in the restaurant. Would definitely go back again for good food!

Great food! Call ahead to see if any events taking place. Was forced to eat in the back room (not so great acoustics) because of an event that rented out their whole main dining room

Delicious and fresh sushi and sashimi. I ordered the kaisen don, and the portion was huge! Nice interior, but it got pretty noisy during dinner so it was a bit hard to carry on a conversation.
