The food was so salty . Taste like they dumped salt all over my food. When I told the server, she told me it’s going to be a salty. I ordered sweet and sour streak with rice. Than they brought out a fried banana with ice cream and we had 3 people come up to us asking if it was my boyfriends birthday and after we said no to each one they charged us for the banana and ice cream when we didn’t even eat it nor order it

We were there at a quiet time of day, but the food was excellent, delivered quickly, and the service was courteous, prompt, and professional. Miss the hopping, jammed old location, but other than the restaurant being sparsely populated, the meal was excellent in every other respect.

Need more service staff. He was great but could not give enough attention because spread too thin. Noise level (“background” music) is too loud. Conversations at the same small table require loud voices, which makes the dining area even louder.

Not enough staff and our sever while nice, was overwhelmed with many tables that came in after us. We never ordered a main course as it took too long for drinks, appetizers and some sushi. Not the same Wok n Fire from when it was in the downtown St. Charles location.

Sat us in a corner and forgot about us. Even after ordering, it took an hour to get food. This place was much better when they were downtown St Charles.

My overall impression of this experience was a bit disappointing. The only reason for that was entirely due to poor service. We had reservations for 7:00 PM and arrived on time, although we had to wait another 20 minutes to be seated. That was not a huge problem, but then the server proceeded to ruin our experience. We felt ignored and the server seemed unphased, even after making forgetful mistakes too numerous to detail here. If the service would have been a positive experience then this would have been a good review. The food was tasty and the price was decent. The portions were a little small, but since Covid that seems to be the norm everywhere. The wait in the beginning was likely the result of their overbooking reservations at that time, and it was after all Valentine's Day. So we will give this restaurant another chance. But I feel bad not giving a better review because of this one employee's poor performance. I hope we find this one experience to be an anomaly after we come back.

I made a reservation for 8:15 they close at 9 (per online hours and posted hours on door). We arrived at 8pm to a closed restaurant on 2/11. A couple staff members in the parking lot cars no one even made eye contact so I could ask what happened. Thanks it was a birthday dinner reservation.

Food was awful. Also had a dinner reservation and they had bingo going on throughout the entire bar and restaurant. It was ridiculously loud and felt like a bar in which I had no interest.

Charlie was our wonderful server! They have lunch specials and I had the tuna and it was probably my favorite tuna ever!!! I can’t wait to have it again.

This was the second time we had gone! 1st time wonderful! 10/13/23 was terrible the service was horrible our orders all screwed up then the tried charging us for 3 rounds of drinks we only had 2!!

This is honestly the best sushi in the area. Their tuna rolls are much better quality then all the other places closer to my house. Worth the drive!

Less value for the dollar since relocating. Although the menu has not changed as much since relocating. The flavors were just not there. Also the portion sizes are a great example of shrinkflation

For the second time in a row in about three months, the restaurant was severely understaffed. The wait staff was literally running through the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for our (non-alcoholic) drinks to arrive, 30 minutes to receive our appetizer, and 80 minutes to receive our entrées. The food was just ok, but unfortunately not worth the wait.

We used to be regulars at the St Charles location downtown - miss the people who worked there. I’m not sure what happened to the old regime but ever since the owner from Fl took over - blah! Carlos was our server and he was fantastic, thank you Carlos. The young lady who checked us in also very nice. I will have to say that the rice for the sushi was sub-par……and way too much of it and not enough fish. If we go back, will do the sashimi instead.

Poor service, lack of leadership, rude employees, inconsistency among restaurant locations regarding menus and quality control. This location should be looked at with a microscope by higher management. Waited 2 hours and never received food. Wait staff only visited our table once a half hour after being seated to take our drink order and again to bring the bottle we ordered and take our order. He was rude and after asking for management he defied the front of the house manager to bring out the back of the house who failed to introduce herself and clearly belongs in back because she had zero customer service abilities. Our waiter never returned and after being routine customers, neither will we.

We felt terrible for our server who was Wonderful, and Running , doing his best to help tables that were waiting for probably hours by the time we left. It took an hour for us to receive our appetizers and almost an hour and a half to receive our dinner. Nothing was our server’s fault , he was doing his best with clearly so little staff . We loved the old Wok location and the food is just as good as always but seems like people should have been paid a lot more on NYE to ensure enough staff to handle the crowd. We love your food still no matter what!

The Teriyaki Beef was made with Hoisin sauce, not Teriyaki sauce. The beef was tough, like sirloin, not like a tenderloin. The Server did well despite having to wait on half the tables (about 10) in our section.
