The worst place to eat is Burr Ridge! Not clean, everything from the floor to table even the menus were sticky and spotty. 🤮 Food was awful & had to wait forever (even the restaurant was empty). And the manager “ken” was incredibly rude after all! Will never come back and dont recommend it to anybody!⛔️

Wine list in main menu completely unavailable. Only have a few selections on a separate wine list. The sushi roll was loose and fell apart. The wok bowls were ok, but nothing special. Well over priced for the quality.

I don't know if they had staff call in sick or what, but we arrived to no hostess. She came and sat us after a few minutes. We waited 15 minutes for a waiter to come by. No one ever did, so we left. Will not be back again.

Disappointed. Had reservations, was still a wait when we got there. 30 min later, asked again, our name had been crossed out. Mgr got us a table and comped us an appetizer. She ran her butt off for us and other tables, (Thank you!) getting us drinks and ended up taking our order as well since no server ever came. Food was just ok. Pan fried noodles were like uncooked ramen noodles and the salmon was overcooked. Still no server, bar tender came over to ask if we needed anything, and ended up bringing the bill. Others were complaining about no server coming to their tables, saw two other tables finally get up and leave, which is the same thing we ended up doing at another location a few months earlier. Tried twice, we are done. Many other choices with better food and service.

Horrible Valentines Day experience. Especially for the Burr Ridge area. Our reservation was at 6:30. On open table I requested a booth because ‘you can do that’! We arrived at about 6:00. They wanted to seat us in the bar and I said no we wanted the dining room (booth). So the manager says it will be about 15 20 minutes go ahead and sit at the bar so we did. They forgot about us letting other people be seated before us. My husband went again and got the manager and she was apologetic and gave us a crappy table. Ok we thought we’re here we’re hungry it’s Valentines Day! But wait there’s more!!! We sat there for almost 20 minutes and not one person acknowledged that we were there I had to go track down the manager. Finally a waiter, approached the table and asked us what we wanted. We ordered an appetizer, two iced teas and since it took so long, we went ahead and ordered our entrées. Well it took almost a half hour to get the appetizer and never got our iced teas after even asking another waiter! My husband walked up to the bar for a glass of water! Ultimately we got up and left and made sure the manager knew. Never ever again! I plan on reaching out to corporate!

Been a while since we have been, but wasn't nearly as good as we remember. The apps (dumplings, edamame, miso soup) we all good. We had 4 entrees. Spice ramen was good. There different stir fries were very mild in flavor and all a bit oily. Oil pooled on plates.

I would have rated it a five but service was off. Back room was closed off where the booths are. Server was good but she seemed unsure of ordering system using a tablet as well as paying using their handheld CC machine. Bartender forgot to add the tonic to the gin and tonic I ordered! Food came out almost immediately after the appetizer but the food was delicious!

Food was excellent as usual, the tuna salad was great. Excellent cosmopolitan cocktails. Service was excellent, we will be back

Improvements have been made. Menus are new. Food is delicious. Service is still pretty bad. I saw five employees. “Cricket” the host was okay. Then one skinny Hispanic server was busting her butt. Everyone else was just hanging around.

We always have a good experience at Wok n Fire. One of our favorite places. A bit pricey but the freshness of the food is worth it!

Excellent food and happy hour makes it a great value! Lots of options at an average of half the normal price. Highly recommend happy hour.

Horrible service and food was mediocre. Not once did my waitress ask if I needed a refill or was my food okay?. I will NEVER go back and you are better off ordering from your local Chinese or Japanese spot if you want good Asian food. Poor service and low quality franchise food that likely came from a frozen bag. Worst 80 dollars I’ve ever spent. I love food, I love going out to eat and enjoy the ambience but this place just SUCKED if not for a better way to describe it.

I ordered the chicken pad Thai which tasted like it was made a few days prior. Also, there was a customer that had a dog in the restaurant that wasn’t a service dog. I ordered shrimp fried rice to take home to my husband which was also awful. It had so much garlic and was not fresh. Very disappointing and will not be going back.

Ordered pad siew and the noodles were white with no sauce. So bland and took like 45 min to get our food. Service was terrible. Won’t ever come back. Now I know why there are always open reservations every weekend

I LOVE wok n fire. The sushi is always delicious and comes out fast. We never have to wait and the service is usually very nice. I was starving and the waitress made sure to bring out our food ASAP which felt lighting fast and I was grateful for that

The restaurant was empty when we arrived. We came at 12:30 on Saturday for lunch. Our server was terrific -- friendly, cheerful and helpful. I called the Manager when I got home and told him what a good job she did. I had the steak salad. The steak was nicely cooked and very tender. The salad was disappointing. It was basically some non descript lettuce. If it had any other ingredients they were either chopped so small you couldnt detect them or there were hardly any of them. It is not a cheap salad either. No blaring music so that was nice. I wouldn't plan to come back for a salad.. that is for sure.

Customer aervice was great but food was honestly one of the worse tasting Asian food I’ve had. The lettuce wraps smelled funky , the j rolls were just ok, the beef teriyaki sticks were for me to sweet, taste wasn’t bad and the saving grace was sadly the dumplings. I hope to be back and proven wrong and give this another shot for hopefully better tasting food

Our server was helpful in showing us how to get the menu on our phones. However, we prefer a real paper menu because it is easier to read rather than on our phones. Another reason we needed a paper menu was that one of our party needs to know the recipe because of gluten intolerance and other food allergies. This was NOT on the phone menu . Also trying to read the phones in a darkened room is not easy for older patrons. We were very pleased with the entrees that we ordered and the quantity was abundant. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere but really wish that they go back to a paper menu.

The Maki Trio Is Great! The Black Widow Is Different Looking (Black Rice), But It's Delicious. Everything I've Had Is Awesome Thus Far. The Calamari Is Nice & Crispy Also.

This was not wokin or rollin. Serious was the most pathetic shrimp tempura I’ve ever seen. We tied 4 rolls and we’re not impressed with any. Rainbow, spider and Mexican. The lard nar was super sweet and charred. Seaweed salad tasted artificial. Miso was salty. Not returning. Go to sushi Ukai or Roka Akor !
